Super Happy with this Printer! Prints front and back on cardstock without jamming

I got tired of the old hp printer of how little the cartridges last.

Great printer, bought it to replace an old printer. Love how fast it prints.

HP produces an excellent product! It make’s beautiful & clear copies. I’m going to LOVE not buying ink cartridges every month!!!

Excellent all purpose printer that is easy to install and easy to use. Great for home use and gives you all of the advantages of the office.

Very difficult to install. Once installed, worked for a couple of days then stopped printing. Sometimes would print color text but not black. Had Geek Squad come and reinstall. It then worked for a couple of days and stopped again. Have spent hours on the phone troubleshooting this with an HP representative. They are going to send me a new black ink cartridge as they finally concluded that the one I have is defective. Will take two weeks to get it. Once the new one is installed and if it still does not work, they promised to replace the entire printer within 4 to 5 days. Can't return to Best Buy as their policy is no returns 10 days from purchase. Been without a printer for weeks going through this process and will now have to wait another two weeks to see if this solution works. Not sure I would purchase from Best Buy or HP again.

Operating as it should. Haven't really used enough yet to evaluate it on long term use

works well. copies slower then my old HP but I think the quality is better

Very nice printer, first time using bottles if ink. Very easy to set up and use.

YOU CAN NOT DOUBLE SCAN. There is an auto feeder but it only scans one side of the paper. You have to manually turn the other side. For almost $400 printer this is ridiculous!

So far so good! I like the eco tanks and the printer was easy to set up. Bought for simple printing, scanning, and copying tasks.

The printer is great and was on sale.it a great improvement from my last printer.

I have had a hard time getting everything to work properly. Wireless connection has not been successful yet after several weeks trying. I called HP Support and got little to no help at all. I am using a brand new HP desktop computer in connection with this printer. It is very frustrating that the two seem to be having these compatibility issues and HP Support has been so useless so far...

Nice printer and efficient on the ink. Good quality.

Not an easy "plug and play"! Complex installation requiring an app, extensive work on computer to "link" and setup via Bluetooth AND wi-fi. Also had a problem with paper jamming, and un-diagnosable connectivity issues periodically. Overall, a major disappointment from HP.

Very nice printer. I would recommend this printer.

I love this printer So easy to fill and use. I do suggest to read the booklet before starting :)
