Pretty good. Software updates and faxing fail sometimes - have to call HP for help resetting.

I bought this printer bc the reviews were amazing.
This printer is AWFUL. It doesn’t stay connected to WiFi, it takes forever to print and takes even longer to make a copy. The colors are less than bright. I
would NOT recommend. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Honestly not happy with it
The screen on it is really small it’s not friendly for older people
Plus setting up the ink
And opening it up it’s easy for older people
I was able to set it up for my self…

Total care technicians were of no help in helping me get the scan to computer set up with this printer. All the on line technicians did was run a scan of my computer and they were done. Total care was great when the technicians could come to the home and set up hardware

It’s a good printer for copies. It’s not ideal for photos because they come out way too saturated. Also it just last a year, because the sensor of the printheads are damaged apparently.
Printhead Failure After 6 Months Of Very Light Use

I should have listened to the reviews. I’ve had this $357 dollar printer for 6 months. Only used it at home and very light use. Now, every time I try to print anything it says “printhead failure”. I’ve tried cleaning the printheads and still nothing. I can’t get it to do anything when printing from my laptop, but if I print from my phone it will occasionally work. But I literally have to shutdown the printer first (sometimes several times) and then print. FOR EVERY SINGLE PRINT JOB! SHUTDOWN…THEN PRINT. Save yourself a headache and go with a different brand.
