I had the Epson Ecotank, and I think this HP prints better. They're a little late to the game, and I always hated their cartridges because they got expensive, but this seems to be a good solution for high-output printing with pretty nice print quality.

Setup is easy. Getting used to the display takes some practice or getting used to, however you look at it. Loading ink is so easy! I haven’t setup up the scanner yet. Print quality is great! I’m wondering how long the ink will be good in the tanks. I only print 500-1000 pages a year.

So far, so good. You have wonderful sales persons at the Plymouth store and they are patient, and explain things thoroughly. I never hesitate to go in and ask the experts. They encouraged me to buy this new type printer and so far I am happy.

This printer replaced my HP 7520 PhotoSmart which I have had for about 7 years or more. LOVED IT!! So far so good with this one. I hope I get the same life and joy out it!

Very happy with it so far. Although would have been nice to know when installing to your computer you are suppose to use the app on the computer. That was not in the instructions.

Purchased this to replace another HP printer. It works very well and the color is great for what I need.

I replaced a different manufacturer brand printer because it was just aggravating. I absolutely love this one It was also on sale, which made it even better.

Love this printer. What a savings on ink with a smart tank system. Quick copies and multiple page scanning capabilities.

I wasn't necessarily in the market for a new printer. However when I saw this, and when it went on sale, this was a no brainer. The ink tanks will save me lots of money and time. This essentially pays for itself within a year. I use it for home/small business usage. My only compliant is that it is. Or fully compatible with Mac OS system currently. As such, you cannot scan to computer directly from the printer. This has to be initiated from the iMac, as Apple has not yet released a driver compatible with this printer. Hopefully that happens in the near future.

so far since purchasing, it was easy to setup by myself. The print quality and scan I used worked fine.

I found the printer a little challenging to connect the scan feature, but print and scam work like a charm.

Perfect for a home business if you have H.P. product. We love it.
