Overall, designed to be used via wireless, you will need to purchase a telephone cable for the fax function and USB cable to directly connect the printer to your computer as both are not included. Slow to start printing if you haven’t used the printer for a period of time. Print speed is not fast, but overall acceptable. The HP app eliminates the need to use the built-in touch screen, as the touch screen is small. With the HP app it not only adds many features, it also makes printing a lot easier

Printer prints slow and takes up too much space with the back page tray. It has trouble picking up my laptop. Also it starts to beep non stop if you exceed the amount of paper, which holds very little.

This printer is great. The ink seems like it will last forever! I had a standard ink-cartridge printer before, and I had to replace the ink after printing off ~200 sheets. I am almost 1000 sheets in on this printer and the ink level has hardly moved. The colors look great, and the printer is easy to use wirelessly. I have only noticed two downsides. One is that it does not do automatic double sided printing. To do double-sided printing, you let one side print off and then you have to reinsert the paper for it to print the other side. Second, over the ~2 months I have had this printer, it has given me an error that the cartridges were not inserted properly, even though it worked previously and I had not touched the cartridges since then. I usually just pop them out and pop them back in and it works well. This has happened maybe 3 times.

Over all, very good. Photo printing is superb. Not true double-sided printing but flipping the paper is not that bad. Appreciate the tank versus the small expensive cartridges that never last long enough.

I was hesitant at first but this printer is wonderful! I like the way I can.print from.my phone with this printer. I like the way I can copy too.

It started off fine but now it shuts off no sooner than when I turn it on. I'm sure it's some technical glitch that I have to figure out. It printed very well though

This Printer is awesome. You just keep on printing and you don’t have to worry about the ink for a long, long time.

This printer was more complicated than i would have ever anticipated. Trying to set it up and connect it to my computer and wireless system was the worst experience i had ever had to deal with! Too many steps, a manufacturer's password that I couldn't find, and the wireless connection took about 6 hours of going in circles! Then out of the blue, it finally connected on it's own when i was about to give up...

I am a teacher and I use it for my classroom! I love it!
