I like the idea that I won’t have a lot of cartridges to dispose of.

Instead of fixing the minor issue they solved it by giving me a new printer and wanted to charge me more. I didn't agree so they sent me to another store 10 miles away. Instead of fixing the small problem they solved it by giving me a new printer and wanted to charge me more money. I didn't agree so they sent me to another store 10 miles away. In addition they asked me for more money for the insurance of the new printer, which would only cause me additional expenses. I think it was all fake and they basically prevented me from using the insurance until the end of the term. They just made a profit of two and a half years and didn't want to fix the simple problem that was there. Sorry but I think it was theft through lies.

Print quality is excellent but slow. It is easy to set up the ink seems to be a good value. The problem with the printer is that it shreds the paper. It picks the paper from one side and rips it as it loads. It is worse than the $39 HP Envy that this was replacing. I have to take it back to Best Buy.

I love that you don’t need to purchase cartridges but this seems very cheap and I will be surprised if it lasts long. Slow to print, doesn’t hold a lot of paper

The salesman at the store told me that this was a good printer and he highly recommended it. However.
I have had nothing but issues since trying to set this printer up. My biggest issue seems to be connectivity. I can't print from my phone but I can print from the desktop. HP customer service is awful and Geek squad wasn't helpful. I could pay over $100 to have them come out. I already pay for Total Tech support. What a waste of money.
