I originally researched HP computers for my sister. After I helped set hers up I purchased one. We decided on this computer for the outstanding screen and the SSD is a game changer for making computers work faster. The guy in Best Buy restarted a computer with a HDD and twenty seconds later restarted this computer. This model restarted about thirty seconds before the other. The 2 in 1 feature is nice to watch movies, read books and to sketch on. The touch screen is very sensitive. Highly recommend for the average computer user.

The speed of the processor and capability is awesome. This laptop is small and light enough to carry back & forth to work, but is still large enough to clearly see what you are doing. I tried a 13" and the screen was just too small.

This computer is so easy to use, it walks you through set up and talks to you and you can talk to it. It is very fast with the latest Intel processor. HP Really thought about the design of this computer is very thin and very light.

This is a beast of a laptop. A great premium laptop for anyone. Great for games and anything else. This is very light weight and super thin. The display is gorgeous! Everything about this laptop is perfect definitely a 5 star.

I love this laptop! I have had zero issues with it, no glitches, no freezing, no shuffled files! It's super light weight and I love it's versatility. One thing I noticed right away is that every touch screen laptop I have owned until now, if I left the touch screen on and typed using the keyboard, it would jump all over the place no matter what sensitivity setting I used. This one doesn't do that! I am truly thankful for the help the sales rep gave me and he was totally right, I LOVE this laptop!

I have used the laptop for just over a week and am very impressed with the speed. Love the facial recognition for fast login. Boot up and shut down speeds are excellent. Happy with the speakers and the screen is perfect.

The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that I had to return the first one I bought due to a software issue (according to Geek Squad). Very lightweight for travel. 15” screen is great. It’s quick to load different screens/programs.

So far seems to be a very good laptop. Was easy to set-up and the quality seems very good. Great picture quality and I really like the slim design. Very light so it is easy to carry. So far so good as I'm just starting to use it.

It’s a 4 k touch 2 in one with processing power to run my occulus rift vr. It’s absolutely awesome! A word of warning buy a multiple usb hub then you are doing great to run vr. It is very portable for trips too!

It’s fast and powerful! I have had many laptops but this one not only is top of the line it also can be used as a tablet.

I love this laptop. I got it as a birthday present in November. So far it has been working well for me. I use it for website design and development - so I do give it a run for its money and it is able to keep up.

This laptop is everything I could have ever wanted in a laptop. I'm an events coordinator and this runs all my programs with absolutely no issues. I am getting about 5-6 hours of battery life under normal usage.

Purchased for student entering college. Pleased with features and past experience with brand. Expectations are high and in the hands of young man with advanced technological aptitude should serve it's intended purpose handily.

Bought this on sale during Best Buy Black Friday sale. This was an excellent value. The computer itself is very stylish, light, slim. It belongs on a runway. Only negative not enough ports but can buy USB hub.

Looks nice and sleek. It has been easy to get setup less time to do so then the guy at the store said. Did it myself without spending extra money at the store. Like the keyboard and also the idea of touching the screen to get where I need to be. Only wish it had a few additional USB ports. I also purchased the new mouse that uses Bluetooth which is great since it doesn't use one of the USB ports. I haven't noticed it to be extra noisy, but haven't used it too much yet.

I researched this computer for 3 months before I made my purchase. All of my previous systems are HP. This is the best one. It’s thin & lightweight. The graphics are great would definitely recommend.

Looks great, easy setup, and really quick, great size and sound. Only negative is the folding to a tablet, not a fan of the keyboard being underneath.

I am very picky when it comes to new tech. Let me tell you this was everything I wanted and more. You will not be disappointed. I got it on sale but after buying It would of paid full price if needed.

I'm not really a techie so I'm not going to bore you with megabytes and graphic cards, etc. What I do want you to know is this laptop simply ROCKS. With the SSD drive, it's lightning fast and the 4K Ultra Screen is so amazingly sharp and bright, it's simply stunning. I replaced a 4 year old Asus laptop that was nothing but a problem from day one, and required screen replacements and I think the Geek Squad online support team knew me by name. This machine is SEXY (if I haven't mentioned that) and the setup was simple and I've not had to make a single call for support. YEAH! The dark grey and bronze color combination is simply beautiful. It's really light and doesn't put out much heat. And it comes with the latest in connections, such as USB 3.0 and USB 3.1. Note: There is only one standard USB port. I use a wireless mouse, which would have taken up that one port, so I just got a Bluetooth Mouse to free up that port. The speakers are certainly good, not fabulous, but I don't know of any laptop with fabulous speakers. If I want great sound I use my better quality Bluetooth headphones when I want to watch a video or listen to music. The only thing I might have changed if Best Buy stocked it, is the get the 1 Terabyte version of this laptop. They only stock the 512GB version, which for someone could be a bit low on memory. So, I solved that by also buying a 1 Terabyte SSD external drive, which I now store all my photos and documents on, leaving all the space on the laptop just for programs. This isn't inexpensive, but if you've had to buy laptop after laptop like I have and you want something really special, which should stand the test of time, you won't regret buying this sexy machine one bit! Did I mention how sexy this thing is??

It's everything I wanted in performance and versatility the only drawback is I was hoping for a backlit keyboard which makes it easier to use in traveling and at night and whenever you work in Dark Places
