I Purchased this bike for my son for less than 3 weeks ago. Does not have a functional front suspension as shown in the pictures. Looses electric assist on bumpy terrain. Chain keeps falling off. No adjustment available. Come to find out return period was for only 2 weeks. Have not been able to get through to customer service or a reply regarding issues with the bike. It's a joke.
