    Perfect after an intense e versus session. It helped relieve the strain I felt on my calves and shoulder blades. Use this pretty much everyday. It is a little loud but I’ll deal with that any day as long as the pain is gone.

    I have spinal disk degeneration disease with multiple other spinal problems this gives me a temporary relief from the daily pain and that hr or so of near zero pain is just wonderful

    I bought a cheap massage gun online and it was very uncomfortable. This one is perfect, does a great job. Also, the massage head with heat gets nice and hot so that is also a bonus
