I ordered a JVC receiver with the Geek Squad installation package. The installation was professional, but there are hidden charges that made the overall cost a good rather than a great deal. Included in the charges were expenses for required materials to mount the receiver and a $5 shop fee that should have been included in the original quote since it is charged for every installation.

The geek squad Car audio member at the signal hill location is knowledgeable and friendly. He got the radio installed perfectly and went over all the controls and how to use before you leave. Also let’s you know his hours in case you have any questions or problems

The gentleman that installed my stereo system in my truck did an excellent job. He was both knowledgeable and courteous. He took time to explain the various features after the install, with a cheerful attitude. He also helped me pick the stereo system, after hearing what it was I was wanting from the system.

I took it in for a repair. This was an easy appointment to set up They had a cancellation and called to see if I wanted that spot.

After reading many awful reviews about install, I was nervous about using Geek Squad to install my car stereo. I took the plunge and am so glad I did. The whole process was easy and painless. The installers were very professional. I would use their service again.
