Great Freezer and cools fast

This is nice and big and freezes my items very quickly. When we first plugged it in, it was ready in an hour. The basket is good for holding my smaller items. I would highly recommend this freezer.

It was to me, since I wanted the biggest possible freezer for the space I had. It freezes things. It works like a freezer. We keep it at the recommended setting and our food is frozen. It doesn't run loud.

Only negative was Best Buy not living up to an agreement for damage during delivery. Unit arrived with small dent in on lower corner. Delivery personnel called BB and put me on the phone. BB said they would refund my card $40 for the damage. That was on 10/01/24. As of 11/15/24 (and several phone calls), still no $40 refund to my card

It is a larger capacity but smaller in size and lighter and easier to move. I put this unit on blocks to rise it up higher than the last one. It works as advertised. The delivery guys were wearing their masks and gloves and were socially distant making the delivery safe.
