One thing I wish about freezers is that they came with inserts so you don’t have to dig through all the things to find what you want. Other than that, it was great customer service, easy to buy online, and easy to pick up in store

It is not so big you can't find what you are looking for and not so small you can't fit anything into it. It is perfect for what I needed.

I really did not want a 10.2 cu ft one (we were looking for a slightly smaller freezer) but this size actually is better. It works well so far; was in great condition and easy as pie to order on line and have it shipped to the store for pick up.
