Working great! Holding 0 to -1 on the recommended setting; does not run constantly. The outside sides do get a bit warm when unit is running frequently, so make sure you have an extra ~10 inches on each side for ventilation in summer months. Because of a previous review, I did purchase the GeekSquad coverage, but hope not to need it.
Delivery was available 3 days after purchase, which is a huge plus right now since no big stores have any large freezers in stock & most brands are a 30+ day back order.

I bought this for my mom and grandma as a Christmas present. I paid for both the delivery and installation, and i got the 3 year extended warranty.
The delivery should have been simple, because the door is larger than the freezer and it was a straight shot into the area it was to be placed. It was probably the easiest delivery of the day. However, the delivery guy dropped the freezer instead of placing it down gently, and it damaged the side. (I have included the picture of the damage.)
After dropping the freezer, they told my mom that they couldn't plug it in because the freon had to settle for 24 hours. Again, it was a straight shot to the delivery point, and the door is larger than the freezer; no need to twist, turn, flip the freezer upside down or stand it on end. So why does the freon have to settle? Then she asked them to install the handle. They wouldn't. Remember, I paid for installation. All they had to do was plug it in and install the handle. Neither of these simple tasks were done.
Then they took a picture of the completed delivery, sent it to their boss, and left.
I called the number provided to me and got ahold of customer service. I explained the situation and i was refunded the installation cost. I said that i paid for a new freezer in pristine condition and that i should be compensated for the damage. I figure the part would cost at least $50 if I were to buy a new one and i should get a refund for at least that. She said she had a picture of the delivery and saw no damage. I had to point out that they intentionally took a picture from an angle that would hide the damage, and she made me go through the hassle of emailing a picture of the damage they did to the product. She proceed to offend me with an offer of a $5 gift card to Best Buy! I told her that they could come pick it up and bring me a new one then, and that the fuel cost of getting there would far exceed the measly $50 i asked for. They put me into the system for an exchange.
Later that day a local person called me and i explained all the above. She scoffed at the $5 offer and said she could give me a $100 refund. I accepted the offer.
The next day i called my mom and said it had been 24 hours, plug it in and id be over to check on it the following day. She did. She also went to the store and did her shopping to fill the freezer. She put the groceries in the freezer, and figured all was well.
Fast forward to the next day. All the food went bad because the freezer wasnt working! Grocery proces are through the roof, as we all know. Hundreds of dollars of product was lost. The section of the freezer the delivery person slammed onto the ground is where the compressor is and the compressor was seized as a result.
I call again, and set up a date for an exchange; pick up the broken one and deliver a new one. Remember, not only am I covered by the warranty for this happening within 14 days of delivery, and the products warranty, but also the EXTRA 3 YEAR WARRANTY I PAID FOR, They tell me the earliest time they have available is Jan 4th. So I wait.
The 4th of January comes and i get a notification; delivery is set for between 10:30am and 2:30pm. My mom takes time off work to be there for the delivery. Around 2pm she calls and asks if I've heard anything about when they're coming. I call them to discover theyre attempting to deliver it to MY house instead of hers.
The person i was on the phone with, who i could barely understand, insisted that there was no way to have them drive the half hour to the correct location. I asked why they would go to a different address than where they had previously delivered anyway. It doesnt make any sense. I got the run around, and when I asked to speak to a manager, they refused. Moreover, they said i wouldnt be able to establish a new delivery date until the delivery truck returned with the item. So I had to wait until the next day to correct their error.
The next day I call and get another person who was not helpful in anyway. They again offered me gift cards to Best Buy, which I want nothing to do with. Why would i want anything from a company i no longer have any faith in? And when i tried to reschedule a delivery, they said they couldnt get to me until Jan 27th. So now, the product i purchased in early December wouldnt get to me until the end of January, assuming they didnt screw something up again. And again, when i asked to speak to somebody with clout, they denied me. Now I am waiting for somebody to call me back, and I dont have a date scheduled to have the problem fixed.
It appears they have no issue inconveniencing me, having cost my mom hundreds of dollars in lost groceries and time off of work (plus another day off to wait for the delivery whenever they finally get around to making it happen.)
I no longer have trust/faith in Best Buy as a company. They have no respect for their customers, their customer service department is in no way interested in helping you. They take your money for warranties but dont live up to it, and they insult you by offering gift cards rather than actual financial compensation which would force the company to conduct business appropriately because theyd be just as invested in their customers as their customers are invested in them. Id love to leave a review on the product itself, and maybe some day ill actually receive the working unit so I can. As for now, Id recommend you as a consumer take your hard earned money elsewhere and deal with a company that cares; perhaps Lowe's. Lowe's has never given me an issue.

I regret this purchase for bestbuy.com. I bought this online, my husband picked it up at the store. He picked it up and put it in our basement. We did not think anything would be missing. To our surprise there was a small piece missing. We initially bought it for meat that we bought from a local farm. We had towards the end of the month to pick up that meat, so we didnt open the cardboard box that the freezer was in until 4 days before pickup. When I set it all up, I noticed that the handle and key were in the freezer but not the small little locking piece that goes under the lock. It was called a ‘lack latch’ in the booklet it came with. I called bestbuy and they denied me any help because the 14 days were up from when it was bought. They said i needed to call the manufacturer, which was a waste of time. No help from them either. The customer service guy from bestbuy gave my phone number to escalations office you have and it seems like a SCAM! They email me and called me. I dont pick up the phone because it says UNKNOWN NUMBER. The email I received, I sent multiple replies with pictures but I get nothing back, they just keep calling. I am still in shock that a customer can buy a BRAND NEW item with a piece missing, that they blame me for not seeing it on time! Are you kidding me!?! I bought this with my hard earned money, including that one little piece that was not in the baggy. So technically bestbuy stole my money. The lock will not work without it. It is useless. Warning people now if you cannot buy it in store, do NOT purchase from besbuy.

I purchased his freezer to help alleviate the freezer in my kitchen. It was one of the best decisions that we’ve ever made. It chilled everything nicely and it’s very spacious. Freezer working fine, just the outside had some bent and damages.
Best buy gave compensation and sent check but the checknwas expired.
Transaction was on November, check was dated July. I had to call back to re-issue the check.
