However it took 4 times. The first 3 times a refrigerator was brought it was damaged beyond use. 1st time frame in the back was bent and 2 inches off level. 2nd time the top front right side was crushed 3rd time a hole in the front of the fridge like a fork lift went through it. 4th time we finally got one that was good. I am not sure if this says something about the quality of the build of the unit or poor warehousing and shipping practices. I had to take days off work each time to get delivery so this was very frustrating. It was not the installers, it was whoever loads the trucks. Our frustration was with the customer service when WE had to call Best Buy since they did not call us back each time. The people who answered the phone were simply reading a script and not really concerned that this was a significant inconvenience to our family. They simply acted like it was no big deal and we will just set a time to ship you another unit. There was no offer to discount, etc simply due to the multiple deliveries and multiple damaged units. Again I had to take off work to be home for these deliveries. The other issue I had was the fact that each time we had to wait 8 hours or until the next day after we were told that BB would reach out to us. I specifically asked them to call my number since my wife is a teacher and cannot drop class and answer the phone. Yet the time THEY actually did call , they called her before the called me as requested. The customer service was very sub par from Best buy. The delivery guys were very good and understanding, so this is not on them.

He set up delivery & even marked it lower than advertised! The delivery guys were great also! I was very pleased with the entire process!!
