Good product except it needed an adapter for my iphone. I wish they had an Iphone version so I wouldn't have to pay twice to get the one job done.

Works just as advertised. I've had a number of these in the past. They certainly don't last forever, but you can easily get a good 2-3 years out of one. For the price, sound quality, and ease of use, definitely worth it.

Works really well. Especially since I have an older car, I can still play my music from my phone through my car.

At first I wasn't for sure. Had a little static in the music, but come to find out you can't have the volume on the phone all the way up. Couple clicks down and perfect for older cars without a AUX hookup

It works well enough. The sound quality is adequate for a car in traffic, but the volume is pretty low. I have to turn the volume all the way up on the car deck and the mp3 player to reach an 'average' listening level.

Works perfectly was just what I was looking for as my other one i's stuck in my truck tape deck. All you have to do is insert this into your tape deck plug into your phone or mp3 player. Select the song on your phone music playing app & go that simple .

For those of us with the ol skool life of tape players, this is the life. The quality is great for the price, which is no surpise because insignia is usually good bang for the buck. I've no auxiliary line, but it's no problem because this does the job for giving me good quality sound. Yay!

Works well especially when brand new but then went from static free to some slight static. The last one I bought from Best Buy had the same issue and then it stopped working all together after about maybe 15 hours of use. Hopefully this one continues to work.

This works great. I have an older Honda mini-van and I purchase this to be able to listen to music that I have on my smartphone. You need to play with the sound on the in dash unit and the phone in order to get a clear sound. Once you figure it out then it plays really well.

It gets the job done. I recently found that if I use a longer plug in that it works better. Sound quality was pretty weak with the standard plug in. The cord tends to get wrapped on everything, but doesn’t have static like blue tooth ones.

Too noisy

You have to follow the instructions to calibrate the loudness level. If you don’t, then the sound will be too loud and distorted. After making the adjustments as instructed, I was pleasantly surprised how good it sounded. I didn’t like the thin flimsy cord sticking out from the adapter but was willing to let that go. However, the next day, the cassette started to make noise. It sounded like when the cassette reaches the end and then starts rewinding loudly. It was too loud to keep so I ended up returning it and went with a wireless Bluetooth adapter I found on A*ma*zon. For only two or three dollars more, no wires and it sounds great.

Since I have a cassette deck instead of a AUX port, I have one of these. This one is by far the best one out of all the other ones I’ve had. It is fragile so you do have to take extra care of it, but otherwise it is fantastic. Good price too.

Best quality sound available compared to FM transmitters. Tends to not last much longer than a year before sound distortions start kicking in. But still the best option short of replacing your stereo.
