The buttons aren't individual so you have to get used to it or you'll hit numerous numbers. When I used the convection oven it started smoking excessively and is nothing like an air fryer.

Dealing with Best Buy has been a nightmare. Multiple calls to different associates who can't do anything for you. The store doesn't accept calls. The range is here and can't be installed without the kit. Horrible service. Horrible experience.
