The USB 2.0 hub could not handle anything above a 2 GB stick. Returned as it was incapable of something simple.

It may have not been the right one for the intended use I had in mind. I will continue to use it until I find the right one I need. It is very portable however, and I intend to use it in my travels.

Two of my USB ports on my computer died and I needed an extender. This is way better then just a 4 slot extender as you can plug it in and use it as a charging station as well.

I both cases it appears to have stopped acquiring power through the male connector, since the two USB power cords I had plugged into it are working on their own.
