Allow me to comment that this HUB is USB 2.0 standard, which transfers at speeds up to 60 MB per second. If you are transferring very big files it most likely will take a while. However, if you are experiencing extremely slow transfer speeds please, give us a call at 877-467-4289 for specific troubleshooting on your particular case.
