This makes it awkward to place on my computer table, where it's in the way of my mouse and other things. It also dangles awkwardly when I move my laptop elsewhere. I'm going to get something else!

However, let me remind you that if you purchased this product after 10/30/2016 you have an extended return period good until 1/15/2017 that you can validate at any Best Buy store with your receipt or order number. I was in a hurry that day and the salesman didn't seem to mind that it wasn't what I asked for. That said, I kept it bc I lost the receipt...it works well though when I do use it.
