I bought the adapter so I could put the mouse and keyboard on the same usb port. Works great. Now I can listen to my BOSE system instead of my monitor's lousy speakers.

Only part I didn't like was the ports are upside down, not a big deal just a minor inconvenience that I noticed.

But the cord is pretty stiff and not flexible so it'll probably break if you fold it too many times. So it's ok quality, but not the best quality. I don't recommend it.

I wouldn't buy this again and I was really surprised to see it had 4+ stars to be honest...
