good if you need more usb ports but short cable

This item is inexpensive and works well. It turns 1 usb port into 4. The only thing i do not like about it is that the cable that connects to the computer is short. so i have 4 ports that are close to my laptop and it is a tangled mess. But it does what i need it to do.
