    This works well for my specific use. I'm using this hub on a Wii-U to connect two game "portals" (Lego Dimensions and Skylanders Imaginators) into one USB port on the game-console. The other USB port on the Wii-U is being used to connect an external hard drive for game-file storage.

    This is a great device to connect up to 4 USB devices to a laptop or other device, which in turn makes use of only one cable replacing up to four cables. The performance is just fine.
