Great hub!

It's too bad the Surface doesn't have a port on either side of the screen. Then when you use the hub you wouldn't have to have wires hanging all around if the outlet is closest to the left side of the screen.

I'm using a small desk with my laptop, thus the space isn't an issue when setting it up.

Compact USB Hub Fits the Bill

I use for a 2nd screen with my laptop and the box is in the way of lining up screens just right. Also sometimes it just disconnects and you have to unplug and re-plug for the laptop to recognize.

It is self contain and quite reliable. I have fielded more than 50 over the last year with zero failures. Highly recommend.

Old usb tv tuners work fine and the basics

More USB ports without the need for power

Now I can hook more then two USB peripherals to my laptop and not be tethered to an outlet.

4-Port USB Hub fits my needs

The only complaint I have is the connecting wire from the Hub to the laptop could be several inches longer. It's about 3 inches. If it were six or eight inches I could move the hub behind my laptop and free up space on the side of my laptop.
