Really great way to add USB ports to your computer. Sales person suggested this model because it has a separate power supply and will not bog down your computers power supply

I had originally purchased a 3.0 model and had problems with it connecting to my lap top.. I replaced it with a 2.0 and that was the ticket. It works perfectly now. I use it for my two external hard drives and printer.

This does what it was designed to do, give you more ports. This works exactly in that way. One design feature is that it needs to be powered by a power cord plugged into a wall.

I have several flash drives for back files, so I definitely needed this USB Hub. I also have a Fitbit device and it is easy to charge even when using a flash drive.

Love this little powered hub. I use it on its own, not connected to a computer to charge multiple devices at once.

Great device to add more usb 3.0 for a reasonable price. Comes with external power supply. This helps with powering usb powered devices.

This device works as expected. Throughput is very good and backups run through this port are executed in a fraction of the time of a USB 2.0 Hub. I am a fan of using powered Hubs when more ports are required.

Nice usb 3.0 hub for the price. Though the spec doesn’t mention Windows 10, it does work with Windows 10. No driver installation was needed.

I believe this is a decent product. I use it with my keyboard (Logitech G213), webcam (logitech pro C920), preamp/microphone setup (Behringer U-Phoria UMC202HD + Audio-Technica AT-2005), and video capture box (Hauppauge HD PVR 2 Gaming Edition). When I have everything up and running, this box can get a bit unstable, dropping one or more of my devices. I will say that when I’m not fiddling with it, or abusing it, it works like a dream. I just think my workload for it is just too much at times. I would suggest this for someone who needs a few extra USB ports for storage drives and keyboards, but not much else unless they want to deal with it sometimes seizing and dropping a device that draws more than a keyboard and isn’t in the powered slot.

Allows for additional usb devices. As long as computer has correct port. Device has it's own power cord so as not dependent on computer being on or in sleep mode.

Hooked this up to my Velop AC Router Node to add extra ports and it works great. Nice and fast at 1Gbps speeds and the price didn't hurt the pocket book. Highly recommended.

I've had this USB hub for about a month or two now and have had no issues. You will need a power plug available nearby too since it is a powered hub. Works great though

It has been difficult finding extra ports that work for more than a year, but this one has worked the best so far. Easy to hook up and the blue indicator light is helpful.

I needed to expand the number of usb3 drives that I need access to on my system and this fit the bill. So far after 9 months it still works flawlessly.

One USB on computer becomes 4 with this device. All ports work as expected and adds capability to any home or office computer, ipad, etc with USB available.

Works great for adding USB3 ports to my machine to support a Thrustmaster t1600m HOTAS setup. Plug, play, no problem.

I purchased this usb hub for my PS4 to connect the keyboard and mouse and it works well.

While I read and compared before I bought this specific hub, I don't think I fully absorbed how versatile it would be. It's easy to leave the USB adapter in the computer and yank the hub off, move it to the a/c adapter and charge some stuff, then move it back. Better than I even expected. One little exception: I'm not wild about the trend of putting ultra-bright little activation lights on USB hubs and such. It's excessive and I tend to have to put a piece of electrical tape over the light so it's less distracting.

As my laptop only has one port, this is perfect to add other things onto the computer. It is small, compact and priced reasonably Great little gadget
