Customers are impressed with the 4-Port USB 3.0 Hub's ease of use, the number of USB ports it provides, and its compact size. Many appreciate its performance and compatibility with various devices, along with its reasonable price. However, some customers wish the cord was longer and mention occasional connection issues. A few also noted that the lightweight design can make it prone to tipping over.

I use the USB 3.0 Hub as a dock for my new Macbook. That way I only have to plug in one cable to get all of my USB devices working. It was a good price and works great!

This four port charger for various tech tools works well - bought a couple of them for family/friends at holiday time and they do like it,
but as with any multiple port recharge dock I researched, it does not have cords but I knew recipients had plenty already and only needed convenience of mulitple hook ups

Most of my laptops come with only one or two USB 3.0 ports, so having a USB 3.0 Hub handy is necessary. I've purchased this product in the past and used it successfully, and so I bought a second one to use in my home lab network. No complaints!

I am comparing it to amazon basics equivalent. This best buy product is much better. I have corrupted a few USB 3 thumb drives with the amazon product, but the best buy insignia product has not had any problems!

Product works fine to connect multiple devices to the USB but unless I connect it to the port on the opposite side to where I think the WiFi receiver is on my laptop, my WiFi stops working. Internet research shows that this is a known problem with USB 3.0

works pretty well, It was giving me some issues with an audio interface, but luckily I have enough ports to manage with my laptop. I'm not sure if the problem lies in the hub or the computer, but it's great having external power for this

It performs exactly as it says. It’s lightweight, but depending on your preferences that may be either a good or a bad thing. Power Adapter is rather large. Rather overpriced.

I was worried about the transfer speeds, but this runs 3 external drives and don't seem to slow down. Just remember to plug it into a 3.1 port to get full effect.

Plugged this into my computer’s usb 3 port, hooked up three external usb 3 hard drives and one usb3 card reader, and was immediately using everything. Data transfer is fast as usb 3 is supposed to be.

The Insignia 4 port 3.0 hub is just the right size for almost any need. I am running 2 printers, a wireless Trackball, and external drive. All work seemlessly.

A well constructed product that provides the functionality and the stability of a component I simply want to take for granted due to its long term reliability. This item fulfilled those expectations admirably.

This is a very good unit. Works as expected, runs my webcam and my gaming mouse, gaming keyboard and printer and I only use one USB port on my desktop which makes for easy work when I need to move or clean my PC.

I bought this for a laptop that has 2 of its 3 USB ports broken. This hub's external power feature is very useful for powering the myriad devices that I need to have plugged in since the USB output wattage from a single port wouldn't be sufficient.
