Customers are impressed with the 4-Port USB 3.0 Hub's ease of use, the number of USB ports it provides, and its compact size. Many appreciate its performance and compatibility with various devices, along with its reasonable price. However, some customers wish the cord was longer and mention occasional connection issues. A few also noted that the lightweight design can make it prone to tipping over.

It's a hub that needs power

It did what I wanted to kind of. I was looking for a hub that would let me use a usb to sata cable to back up hard drives on a usb limited laptop. I was hoping with it being powered it would allow 3.5" drivers to work with the cable but it didn't. That isn't the hub's fault tho.

I use it to expand my laptop USB ports. When I plug the mouse USB dongle to this hub, the mouse doesn't work. When I plug it back to laptop USB, it works again. Still don't know why. I may assume it's the hub's problem.

I have an iMac and got tired of having to swing it around to access the USB ports in the back. I got some double sided tape and mounted this to the base and it was the perfect solution.

The Insignia 4 port USB Hub allows me to interface more hardware to by Dell tower and it does not have the errors with failure to see the drivers as my older Hub constantly had error messages, I would recommend this Hub to anyone who requires more USB ports.

I have a surface pro computer with only one USB, and I have several USB items I need to attach so this was an excellent choice.
It is AC powered so there is no lag in the download.
I have no issues with this so far.

I actually purchased two of these. One was for the Mini C64 (a mini version of the Commodore 64)...nothing like new technology supporting old. The only drawback is the need for a power cord. Outside of that, these work great!

Excited about buying the 3.0 USB hub to go with my new Mac computer. Wanted a hub that also had ac power. Seemed to work OK initially but after using a few times, the connection to rear of hub was inconsistent. Tried everything to get a constant connection but did not work. Had to return to Best Buy for credit. Although Insignia seems to be a trustworthy brand, I would not buy this brand again.

Makes it nice or different preferable devices with USB connections to be able to connect with my PC. Generally speaking most PCs do not have enough USB support, this allows for some extra port usage.

Since laptops come with very little outlets for USB, storage, copying, printers, disk transfers, this item has been very useful.

I have 2 oculus rift sensors plugged into this and it works fine. Sometimes I need to un-plug it and re-plug in the usb to get he computer to sense the sensors. Not sure if it is a software issue or an issue with this product. It always works after a few tries thougg

This product saved me a bunch of money while extending my pc away from setup. Its a powered 3.0 hub so some headsets and devices may act funky if too much data is being sent through it.

USB 3.0 Hub sure comes in handy when you use a mouse and need another port for your backup drive or flash drive. The newer laptops are not made with enough ports.

Make sure you plug the power in and then plug it into the PS4 and you might have to unplug the adapter/devices several times to get them to register.

The 30 Hub from Ingsignia was very easy to install, works great and expands the number of USB ports by 3 ports to use other items on your computer.

I use this hub for work to connect my mouse, printer, and phone to my
laptop. So far so good! It comes with its own power source so I don’t notice any delay with power being pulled from my laptop or other devices when in use.

This is great accessory for my Dell XPS 13. Had to get a USB A to USB C adapter, though. Has plenty of powered ports for adding other peripherals when. At home or on the go. The power adapter is a bit clunky and uses a good bit of space when plugging into power source.

Works just fine. Haven't encountered any issues or concerns with connections or anything. Definitely a good purchase, especially since I just use it on my PS4.
