I am very pleased with this open box item. All cables and power supply was there. The USB 3 hub works flawlessly. Normally I an warry about open box returns, but I am very happy with this product.

Easy to plug in and use. Small size is very convenient for being on a desktop. Four additional ports makes it easy to add additional USB powered devices.

Extremely satisfied with this device. It's travel ready and to me, expands the use of your computer and laptop USB connectivity to other devices. Currently, I use it to recharge my cellphone while I am on my computer.

Works fine when it works. I find I have to unplug it pretty often to get it working. Otherwise everything plugged into it can't be recognized by Windows 10. Everything plugged in works fine one day, and then is "unknown" the next until I unplug it and plug it back in. Could it be my PC, maybe? Ultimately just an inconvenience as it still works once I do this.

I use this hub for charging my iPhone, iPad and headphones. Works like a charm. Kept all 3 charged and ready to go. Didn’t need it for data transfer.

A cute little USB hub for my desk where I don't have enough ports. Had to get a USB extension cable to get it to reach the computer under my desk though.

Feels a little cheap but this is a really good hub. I forget I even have it because there are never issues with it. Make sure you have a USB 3.1 socket available though.

I am enjoying the convenience of this product. It is much better than what I purchased many years ago. I use it with my desktop computer & notebook.

Good little USB hub. Had a problem charging my Airpods with it however, so take caution. Not sure if this was user error or not enough power going through the hub even though it has an AC plug.

Works fine with iMac and other Apple products with USB A connections. Can be used with USB-C Macs and PCs with a USB-C to USB A adapter.

This hub does not perform at usb 3.0 speeds. It is much faster than usb 2.0; but nowhere near the 5gb/sec USB 3.0 specification. The fastest I've seen from it is about 900 Mb/sec which is about double USB 2.0.

Best headphone ever I would always buy more if I could. The quality is amazing on this product and I would recommend it to everyone.

Got it charge my PS4 controllers, works well enough. It supports USB 3.0 cables but also anything under that. 3.0 cables transfer more amps or voltage and charge things quicker in my case PS4 controllers.

USB hub has made my life very simple, as i am able to attach many different products at the same time. Additionally, the power cord makes sure that i do not need to use the power from the laptop.

I bought this item because I have many usb 3.0 external hard drives and a large 64gig usb 3.0 thumb drive and they all work great together through this usb 3.o hub. The hub transfers my videos and music from drive to the next at very high speeds.

This powered hub works as it is supposed to and provides the perfect compliment to my iMac usb 3.0 slots. Allows me to charge the keyboard and mouse over night so they are ready to use the next morning--in the rare instance that occurs.

I needed a hub for an IP camera setup but this didn't deliver what I needed. I ended up purchasing a powered hub that worked for my needs. This hub is simple and basic and would be fine for general office work or plugging in multiple flash drives.

This product provides plenty of power for devices to connect or charge. They will not charge without the main line (computer in my case) connected. There doesn't seem to be any drop off in charging speed even with four things connected.

This is a powered hub so it works best for a desktop or docking station configuration. That said, it works well. It has a small footprint and seems to do exactly what it's supposed to do including charging various USB powered devices.

IF you have low volume USB 3 or 2 then this is for you. I go straight in on high flow USB devices like my camera. It comes with a transformer so the ports are great for charging USB devices.
