Customers are impressed with the 4-Port USB 3.0 Hub's ease of use, the number of USB ports it provides, and its compact size. Many appreciate its performance and compatibility with various devices, along with its reasonable price. However, some customers wish the cord was longer and mention occasional connection issues. A few also noted that the lightweight design can make it prone to tipping over.

This USB hub is very useful for me. My desktop computer has a USB port on the back. This hub has a long enough cord so it sits at the front of my computer. I can now plug in my camera and external hard drives and access them easily while working at my desk. The hub sits flat and takes up very little space

Inexpensive and met my needs of freeing up USB ports. Small enough to hide out of the way. Plugged it in and worked with no issue.

I recently bought a laptop. It only has 2 usb ports. So I needed to upgrade with a usb hub. This one works perfectly for my needs. 4 ports. And it plugs into the wall for power instead of my laptop. I like that because I have 3 external hard drives hooked up and a mouse. I do not want to rely on my lil laptop to provide power to these items.
Over all this works great and the price was low.

This item has been extremely useful to me. I use It to connect all of my small music equipment to my computer at the same time and it works great, like my mouse, flash drive, and external hard drive. The value is great if I needed a new one, I would get the same one.
Thanks, Insignia and Best Buy !

This was an excellent hub & perform just as expected. Unfortunately, I found I needed more than 4 ports. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because of the length of the cable, both USB & power, that came with it. They needed to be longer to give you more flexibility in placement; something I have found with many of the ports I have tried. If you want this port for traveling than you should not have a problem with the USB cable.

Nice little hub, worked right away when I plugged it in. The only "issue" I've had is that I *occasionally* have to unplug and re-plug my printer after it's been asleep for a while, but it always reconnects right away so I don't find that to be a real problem. No complaints.

I got this port to serve as a place to plug in my phone, mouse, etc. so that I have enough USB slots for my Oculus. I also like the ability to plug it into the wall and use it to charge multiple phones or whatever you want as long as it has a USB charger. The only negative thing is that it is sometimes very hard to plug in the USB. I don't know if it's just my inability to ever get one in on the first try or if the fault is in the product itself.

Awesome TV for what I needed

The salesman who helped me was very knowledge, but didn't overwhelm me with too much TV lingo so I was able to keep up. Your staff at the Sparks location were very friendly and helpful from sales, to one gentleman explaining the difference in your CC's because I wanted the rewards but he had heard me ask about how hard the inquiry would be, to the very enthusiastic staff member taking my new TV out to my truck to load it up. They were all 3 willing and ready to help when they saw they could in any way, you don't get that much anymore, your Sparks, NV location more than has it! As for the TV, I really like it! I moved and my living room TV quit working, honestly I'm a little glad it did because I finally cut the cable cord, and all of the apps are right there when I turn it on, it's awesome! That may seem normal to people who buy new often, but I haven't bought a new TV in probably 5 years so even though my Samsung bedroom TV is perfect, it seems obsolete because it's not set up for apps (as far as I know, I think I need a Roku), and I'm still doing an HDMI set up in there, meanwhile my living room was good to go by turning it on and logging into my streaming apps, I'm more than happy with my purchase!

Flexible setup with either AC adapter or draw power from powered USB ports. Doesn't take up much space in a laptop bag and performance is solid.
Only exception, and not this devices fault, is with Oculus sensors. If hooking up 2, it seems to work with the Oculus software fine. 3 and its multiple Oculus sensor restarts to get it all recognized correctly.
