I've had this hub for a couple months and has been turned on since. I have 2 external HD, a wifi antenna and a USB headset. I do not notice problems on any device. The antenna delivers internet at the expected speeds. So far, I'm happy with the purchase.

it was easy to set up and it works well. adds ports to my computer.

We have the Surface Pro 3 and this really comes in handy. We use it for the wireless chip for the mouse and an external portable drive. No problems yet for the few weeks we've been using it. It's fairly small so it doesn't take up much space. Seems to have a good transfer rate for the way we use it.

My laptop had only 2SS 3.0 USB ports and one was already being used with a mouse, do not like the touch functions on laptop and the need was simple for extra SS 3.0 USB. One end connects to USB on laptop and gained 4 SS USB 3.0 ports How simple is that? No problems yet!!!

This came in very handy as I am now working from home on a pro book that only has two USB ports. I have two additional monitors as well as a mouse and keyboard that I have plugged in and have had no issues. In fact everything went so well, I had to buy one for the spouse as well!

The device I have has only one port; that was a pain. Adding the Insignia™ - 4-Port USB 3.0 Hub to my Surface Computer has made a world of difference. It has allowed me to add a track-ball mouse and that has made me one “happy camper”.

I am moving and when I moved my PC to rearrange during the move. I lost the power supply for Hub #1. Bought Hub #2 and got distracted lost Hub #2 the USB Hub itself but I have the power cord. So I bought this Hub #3 and did not misplace anything, so works great!!

I purchased this item because after installing LED lighting strips in my Home Theater, I needed on central location to connect them all. This unit features four USB 3.0 ports, is well constructed and I found the price to be very reasonable.

This thing works like a charm! There are other USB 3.0 hubs out there, but you gotta compare the data transfer speeds. Some are cheaper because their data transfer speeds are lower. This one works great for my needs, operates at a high data transfer rate, and is fairly priced in my opinion.

I was using this on my laptop to cut down the number of cables needed for devices and then moved it to my iMac. I did not have enough USB ports and this could cleanly expand my ports for devices. It is working really well. I would buy it again. I am considering buying another one for my laptop.

This runs well with or without being connected to the computer, and I am thinking of buying another just to charge phones. It's lightweight and I haven't had any device it can't connect.

I've bought several of these over the years. I've only had one fail after using it for a couple years. If your computer has limited usb ports, these help a lot. I have them stacked., with several plugged into the one that's plugged into the computer. And all the devices show up. I don't need the included power supply. Works fine without it.

No frills here - - just plug and play simplicity that works. Plugged this into an open port on the back of my iMac and set it on the stand under the screen. No more reaching behind and fumbling with USB connections.

Having purchased this for the 3.0 high speed I feel it delivers as described. The capability to hook up 4 lines at once really helps with different devices needing charged at different times. I recommend this one for your charging needs.

I purchased a surface back in November, 2016 and finally had had enough of using just the one USB port that the machine has. Went shopping. Having used it for a few days, I probably should have purchased the 8-port instead of the four part. But will manage - maybe for just a while.

The computer did not come with enough USB ports, and the ports are all in the back of the monitor making it inconvenient. This port makes using my USB back-up drives much easier. Still not a good match for my corded mouse though. Still an awkward match.

One of the USB ports on my computer became nonfunctioning recently -- no idea why -- and I have devices that need power as well as the USB connection. This hub is small, so it doesn't grab space on my desktop, and it has enabled me to keep everything going that I need and want to keep going.

Bought this to add additional external hard drives to my WD My Cloud. USB 3.0 connection on the hub, my drives and the WD My Cloud make transfers quick and streaming video without any issues. Went with a powered hub because of the possible demand for power to feed the 2 external spinning hard drives and the one 3.0 flash drive connected to the one port on the WD My Cloud. Did not want to put too much demand on that one port I am connecting this hub to. Now I have even more storage space on my network drive for backup. This allows me to put all my video and documents in my cloud along with a back up of it all also. Easy to hook it all up and use.

Great product with a great price. Works with Mac and pc

With only 1 working port left on my hard drive I was having a hard time dividing its usage between wi- if connection, printer, and camera devices. Now I have 4 working ports at an excellent price. Why pay more for brand name when this generic splitter works great and gets the job done!
