The product is fine, it does the job it’s designed to do. It turns one USB 3 port into four. It is probably about twice the price it should be, that’s my only complaint.

I manage a Karaoke setup and needed the additional USB ports to use an external drive, 16 channel mixer & Studio One V3 interface and this external USB port works great. I have not had any issues or interruptions and I would highly recommend this product.

As always when I get an item from Best Buy if it works it works. If not they will replace it with any questions asked. They are customer focus. Thank you. This USB 3.0 hub was the fix for my 100,000+ Arcade games that I built.

Just what my laptop needed. It serves as a mini docking station for all my devices. AND, I have a port left over to charge my phone. Just perfect.

I use this hub so that more auxiliaries can have access to my computer's USB 3.0 ports. The package included all the required connectors, all of good length. I haven't used this long enough to see if it has a reasonable life.

It's important to note that this tiny USB hub is usb 3.0 and is powered by a wall-plug adapter. This means that it will charge your phone or other USB peripherals. Works great.

When your laptop has too few USB ports for the devices you use, this hub is very helpful and takes up little space. Powered independently, it lets you connect any USB device. Just be aware that some devices don't work through a hub and must be connected directly to your computer.

It was VERY easy to install and gives me the ability to back up files and / or copy files to share with friends and family or to archive and keep from loosing the information by keeping it in a separate place.

Works well. Needed to set up a work from home office for my wife. Needed easy access to USB on top of her desk. This unit works perfectly for our needs. No problems with broken connections as stated in other reviews.

great product for computer extra USBs. Just FYI, you will need long enough power cord,-since electrical outlet needed; pls also purchase smaller extension cord ( while in the store)

I hook up 2 external Hard drives and my SD card at one time when I transfer files to my LR. Works with decent speed, I am not a tech guy so of course I never ran any tests, but I never noticed any drop in speed so far.

I wanted 3.0 speed. It makes a phenomenal difference. I process camera chips 32 GB at a time. With this it takes 2 min versus half an hour on 2.0. I got the external hub so I would not wear out the ports on my laptop. I already did that once. Insert remove insert remove etc. There is a limit . I repaired the ports twice then I had to replace the entire computer. No I only have to replace one hub But not yet because it is still working fine

This 4-port usb 3.0 hub comes in handy when I have more usb 3.0 devices than my tv has built-in. I owned this product for more than 2 years now and it still works like new.

This is great for my All In One desktop because all the USBs on the computer are on the back and difficult to get to. With this I am able to bring them into an easily useable location.

This works great for adding devices to an older TV or one with not enough inputs. Very easy and cost is a good value.

My new laptop has only 2 USB ports. Since many laptops don't have CD drives any longer and an external keyboard and/or monitor all require USB access, it was necessary to add ports. The devices works well except for my scanner. The scanner has to be to plugged into my laptop.

I have been in the market for a USB device as I have an all in one computer. This is perfect for what I need it to provide. With the days of most devices connecting via USB, this is a must have.
