Customers are saying

Customers are impressed with the 4-Port USB 3.0 Hub's ease of use, the number of USB ports it provides, and its compact size. Many appreciate its performance and compatibility with various devices, along with its reasonable price. However, some customers wish the cord was longer and mention occasional connection issues. A few also noted that the lightweight design can make it prone to tipping over.

The perfect way to connect more devices when your number of USB ports are limited. With the ability to power more devices through your computer, this is the easiest way to make that happen.

My new computer has all the ports in the back of the screen, making it difficult to plug in a zip drive. This device plugs into a port and sits under the screen, giving me 4 easy to access ports. It is very handy and takes up so little space.

    Solved my macbook issues

Works fine. Never had any issues. I use it as a go between from my macbook pro to my iphone. Apparently my fancy macbook doesn't have enough power on it's own to power the iphone. So it connects and disconnects non stop. Yes, it is actually as messed up as it sounds. It's a common issue that apple refuses to acknowledge. When using this, my phone connects to my computer with no issues. Nothing, and i mean nothing apple told me to do worked. I found this fix after endless googling through forums on the issue. If you have the same problem i did then a external powered USB port is the solution.

I was going to get a hub without the external power. Glad I did I am using all 4 and Surface Pro has not slowed down, and everything runs fast! An added plus is when I am using the Surface Pro away from the hub it still is charging what I need to charge.

Using one USB port on my laptop to get four more with this device allowed me to add a hard drive, printer, microphone and wi-fi charger. Works great and a great price.

My grandson received this for Christmas. He only has one available usb port on his computer. Now he can plug-in extra items like a game console, camera/card reader, jump drives etc. It is good not to have to remove one thing to do another.

    Nice little USB hub

Apple never provides enough USB ports and those they do provide are located at the back of an iMac and not easily accessible. This is especially annoying with the mouse and keyboard that need to be recharged from the USB ports. With Apple it seems you always have to provide a way around the limitations imposed by the designers. This little USB hub provides four more places to plug in chargers, card readers, or whatever else you need but don't have enough of, or don't want to fool around with the back of the computer every time you need to do something. Of course it takes one to plug it in so only provides three additional but it is great to have them where they can be easily accessible.

I use mine on my xbox one. Comes with it's own power supply which is great, and let's it charge phones as well. It's a great price for usb 3.0 extension, and works with microsoft consoles for sure.

This hub works better than I originally thought. Also it has its own support power plus good length of cable. This set up will drive my Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS set up, and Oculus Riff easily. Works with USB 2.0 & 3.0 applications.

I'm really enjoying this small hub but I do wish that there was a way to secure it to my iMac where it would be easy to access. It's so light it becomes a two-hand operation to insert or remove a thumb drive. If it weren't for that I would have given it a 5-star rating.

This product is extremely useful, as J don’t have to reach as far to plug in certain devices. The included data cable and power cable are both shorter than I’d like them to be, but that can be easily fixed with cable extensions.

    Love these hubs

I love these hubs. I have three attached to my Mac. They transmit speed well and are very stable. I use SoftRAID to create mirror RAIDs and these are great for that. I put one drive on one hub and another on another hub. This takes away a single point of failure. It works great, currently I have 32TB's of RAID storage running on these. On the third hub I have high speed SSD drive for my video of editing. No issues with scrubbing through video with fast drive plugged into these. I also like that they have an external power supply. This give them enough power to run portable SSD drives that need to pull the power from the port. I have PNY, Samsung and Sandisk drive that run over 400 Mb's a second on these hubs. Have not tried them on Windows but I would figure they would be just as solid on that OS as well.
