    I bought this 4 USB port to add-on to my new laptop, which has only 2 regular USB built-in ports. I really appreciate that it has its own power cord and that it connects to the USB port of the laptop via another cord. This allows me to place it anywhere away from the laptop and thus does not block any of the adjacent laptop outlets.
