Bought this after finding it in an online ad a few weeks BEFORE "Black Friday, " and gave it to my parents as a Christmas gift, mostly for my Dad to help him see TV better with his failing vision. I couldn't be more pleased with the clarity and sharpness of the picture, and we haven't even changed his cable over to HD service yet. Thanks for the bargain Best Buy!

good value, good set-up, good explanation of product, good geek squad rep. don't know what to do about sound problem.

The picture is great for all normal purposes--mine is in a bedroom, so used for watching tv via satellite, streaming via chromecast, netflix, etc. Sound is good enough for night-time viewing. Like most, you'll want to adjust the picture from factory settings, but once you do, it's sharp, colors are vibrant. At this price, you're not going to find much better.

I currently use this tv for my bedroom. I am very pleased with the picture considering I only paid 299.00 for it. It's not a wow factor tv by any means but for the price I gave it a shot and have kept it ever sense. Sound is decent as well. Features lack but I didn't need all that stuff for a bedroom tv. I believe this tv is actually made by LG it's just branded as a Best Buy house brand.

This is a good idea and concept However it does not give you the guality you would expect. The picture freezes and the picture quality is fair to poor.

I use this tv almost every day. the ability to connect to the internet on the tv is great. my only consern is the apps could be better

Bought this TV as an Open box item because it was cheaper and bigger than the TV's the same size on sale during Black Friday. We have had it for about a month and it works great! You can really tell the difference when we have our HD channels on. I did purchase the geek squad warrant just in case, but still paid less than $300. Overall, a great buy!

This is a good TV for the size and price, especially if you are looking for an economical bedroom set. It takes just a little longer to bring up the picture when first starting up ,but the picture is good and the sound is good for this brand.

You get what you pay for - I wasn't expecting anything special and this set is OK for the price. Used to replace a similar lower priced TV.
