Excellent picture quality, excellent sound. Easy to set up and use. Very light weight and thin. I did not mount this one, but it would look great mounted on the wall. I highly recommend this tv. Insignia is a great brand to choose. I own 4 Insignia tv's. Wouldn't go with anything else. The pricing is right and the tv's are excellent.

If your looking for an inexpensive hdtv here you go, If ya looking for a quality hdtv, look elsewhere. I had to purchase a hd Blu-ray player to even get close to HDTV quality for Netflix and other on line programs to watch and no its not my cable or internet service.

    Superb TV for the Price!

I bought this TV for my parents' dining room/kitchen, as they like to watch the news in the evening when they eat. They typically view this TV from 5-6 feet away, as this set replaced an older, in-line tube Sony that was 27". My parents have been THRILLED with this TV! For the price, you'll be hard-pressed to beat the bang-for-the-buck value that this TV has. It weighs about 20 pounds, so it has some portability to it, & the connectivity is well-marked & easy to access when you hook it up. You could easily spend twice as much for a similarly-sized set that says 'Samsung' or 'Sony' on it, but why would you? The picture & sound quality of this TV is exceptional & the basic remote operation & functionality is perfect for my parents (who are in their 60's). If you're looking for a reliable, entry-level, mid-sized TV that you'll be watching from a closer distance (5-10 feet), then this is exactly what you want.

I would have kept it if it were supposed to be a bedroom tv. It's not that great for a living room tov in y opinion. IT FELT LIKE A DOWNGRADE FROM THE SAMSUNG I HAD BEFORE.

This is my second Insignia in a month. First bought a 48 inch for my living room and got tired of squinting to see my 24 inch in the bedroom. Picture quality is just as good as, if not better than, any other tv I've ever had and that includes Samsung, Vizio and Magnavox. Didn't care that it wasn't a 'smart' tv because you can get a smart DVD player and have everything a smart tv has without the higher price. SO easy to set up and light weight enough that a weak person like me can lift it and move it around. Sound is so clear and crisp I don't have to use my TV ears to hear the words.. something I've not been able to do for years.

    Don't buy a smart TV

I have an Amazon Fire box and a Chomecast stick. Why would I spend the money on a smart TV?! This TV has 3 HDMI ports. I use an antenna that I installed on my roof. The digital tuner works great. The third HDMI port I use to connect my tablet or my cell phone on the rare occasion I need that. Or one could connect a BlueRay player I guess. Anyway, is this the best picture? No idea! Is it awesome? Absolutely! Was it cheap? Cheaper than most. I fiddled around with the picture to improve the quality. Looks good to my eyes. Sound? I guess it's ok but who cares?! It's running through my stereo. This is my second Insignia. Love 'em both. Bought a Samsung 32" for Xmas 2013. Died in December 2014. ALL electro gadgets are hit or miss! Buy this TV. If it lasts a couple of years, be happy. If it dies, don't whine about it. Buy a new one and move on. They're cheap!

Tv came damaged right out of the box so I can't really review the performance. Big thanks to reps at the store for ease of exchange with a better brand and model.

We are very pleased with the picture on this television. It was easy to set up, and is surprisingly light! It runs cool, which is important, considering we purchased this television to replace another tv that had overheated on us.

This is my first Insignia TV and I was a bit nervous as I'm not familiar with that brand, but I liked the picture of the display model and at the price I could get a larger TV. The picture is nice and crisp most of the time. I am somewhat disappointed in the sound - It's a tiny bit tinny and does not get very loud. So I'm now looking into getting a sound bar for it to get those deeper sounds. But because I spent so much less on the TV, it makes up for having to purchase an additional speaker. Other than the sound issue, I'm very happy with this TV and would recommend it to others.

I bought this at $319, for my room to hook up my Xbox One, only had it a few days and it's great. Picture is good, Sound is very good, easy to setup - just a great value for a good price. Just noticed price went down, so I'm back to Best Buy for price difference.

I got this HiDef LED TV for around $200 when it was first introduced at the BestBuy website after factoring in all the discounts, myBB rewards and credit card cashback. What a bargain! Built-in features are awesome - especially the Roku-Ready MHT HDMI port, plus 2 other HDMI connections (total of 3) - making it more versatile than buying a more expensive smart TV. Plugging a Roku dongle or Roku 3 converts it into a better smart TV which is capable of playing games with the remote. It is even more versatile when I plugged in my laptop PC in one of the HDMI ports and used a Logitech wireless keyboard with touchpad. Since my notebook PC has a built-in digital TV tuner, I am also able to watch TV (on the Windows Media Center) at the same time as surfing the net and doing other apps or software. The HiDef quality is at par with the best brands or models without the accompanying high price. In addition, it is backed by Best Buy so I am confident with the build quality and durability.
