Easy way for a customer to be taken for a ride. Why is that LG does not have a legitimate universal remote available, is beyond me. Technically, they are making Insignia happy. This Insignia remote is loaded with codes & does work with the 2014 & 2015 televisions. Just reordered another.

Replacing our smart tv remote

Only problem is that it does not have a corelating "home button" and so we have to keep the old broken remote for that single option to switch between apps.
