I needed this product on a deadline for work. I ordered from the major online retailer and got a carburetor instead. I ordered this from you all and was able to safely and conveniently pick it up in the store that sam day.

My Nintendo Switch sits in a wireless dead spot. There’s a wired Jack nearby. I picked this dongle up to connect the Switch to the nearby Jack. The Switch detected the dongle with no issues and network connectivity is reliable and responsive!

This worked great as my son's new laptop needed this piece in order to assist his college career, so to speak.

Not sure what to think of this - worked on one laptop and not on another. Maybe a Windows problem? Kept losing connection on my Dell laptop as if I was unplugging from the usb. But it worked fine on the other computer.

Works fine, Installed without much fuss. Cable is a little shorter than I wanted, but that was easy enough to deal with.

works good, ethernet performance, you do need a good ethernet cable to not lose speed

This product allows us to connect directly to our home router and not have to fight with each other for WiFi space.

Does what it says on the tin. Works in a pinch but you can get them much cheaper places other than bestbuy

Was on a job site and realized I forgot my USB to ethernet adapter. Realize there was a Best Buy about a mile away. Went over and pick this puppy up. I was surprised how well-made it is, work great. And I pay $10 less than the one I got from that big warehouse on the Internet. :-)

Using on a MacBook Pro for a wired connection which Apple so nicely did not include on this stupid USB-C only hunk o' junk! Keeps a rock solid connection to the Mac at all times through a USB-C connector for video and USB. No extra drivers needed. :)

Good product with great price. I needed a stable connection with my Internet. This is it.

This is great it you have a Chromebook because they don’t have the port for direct internet connection. So far so good!

The adapter was a lifesaver since I needed a connection to the internet. I did end up getting a docking station, since I also needed more USB ports - but the adapter was a great first step to setting up a new computer.

We went to the store to get a special adapter for our computer. We referred to it by name and bought what the gentleman showed us. We took it home and it was the wrong part. We went back to Victoria mall (which is about 755 miles one way). A very nice associate did our exchange and gave us the CORRECT part. Our experiences with Bust Buy have usually been excellent. That is why we rated this one as good.

I use it for work to connect my laptop to the internet directly since I work from home and sometimes my connection wirelessly is crapp so 10/10recc

The ethernet adapter works well and is simple to use.
