    The product does what I need it to do. At times, I have to unplug and replug it for the connection to work but not enough to make me disgruntled. It shouldn't happen, but it does. I am sure it is not the "new" laptop, I think.

    Does exactly what it is supposed to. But I’m only giving it 3 stars because it was a pain to manually download drivers for it, if you’re running < Windows 10.
