    This ethernet adaptor is very sensitive. A tiny move of the laptop can result in a temporary loss of connectivity. Occasionally, that happens with no movement at all. I would gladly pay 3 times the cost of this product for an ethernet adaptor that works flawlessly.

    Purchased this for my new Lenovo IdeaPad which did not have an Ethernet port. This adapter did not insert correctly into the port on my laptop and the fitting was loose. Fortunately, I returned it within 15 days and received an immediate refund from Best Buy.

    The adapter kept unplugging from my computer. It was very loose i had to return it & bought a computer that had an ethernet port already built into it.

    It seems to do the desired job, but it interferes with my wireless mouse (specifically a logitech trackball). When I first plugged this in right next to my wireless mouse receiver, my mouse stopped working altogether. After moving this product to a USB port on the top of the computer and keeping the wireless mouse receiver on the back of the computer, the mouse works except for the first 5-10 seconds after logging in.

    This was supposed to make my internet connections faster, but I really don't see much difference. A Geek Squad agent had suggested the purchase.
