Product has a simple purpose, but does it well. Using a 2017 MacBook Pro and external monitor and no problems with video quality or resolutions compared to other computers I have used in the past with the same monitor.

I had a client who was using a Macbook for their presentation and the venue only had VGA plug-in options. Thankfully, this came to the rescue, worked like a charm and continues to come in handy when needed.

I was about to give a presentation requiring projection from my laptop. No VGA output! Found this adapter at a reasonable price, and it worked well. Only issue is that it requires a USB C output which may not be that common yet.

This works great. There wasn't an HDMI port on an old TV that I switched to an external laptop display, and this does the trick in covering HDMI to VGA.

I use this product to hook my VGA output monitor to my MacBook Pro which uses the new USB Type C port. It works very well. Only reason I don’t give it a full 5 stars is you can’t screw the screws into the connector, but it still stays in place nonetheless.

It says it allows compatible Type-C devices to connect to VGA displays, and it does just that. Works with my Razer Blade and works with my LG V30 smartphone. What else is there to say? It works.
