The first time I replaced the water filter in my LG refrigerator I bought the LG brand which was very expensive. When it came time to replace it, I looked online and found the Insignia brand by Best Buy. It was a six month filter at about half the cost of the LG. I have been using them for the last year and have not noticed any difference in quality from the LG filter. My water tastes great. Be sure to follow the directions to soak the filter 15 minutes before installing.

I've been using these Insignia filters ever since we bought our LG refrigerator 2 years ago. I replace the filter every 6 months. These Insignia filters are a great price and work just as good as the official LG filters. I would recommend consumers to use these to save some money... especially since these have to be replaced every 6 months.

I have a subscription for the official LG filter replacement to be sent to me but they weren't available this last time so I tried the Insignia brand. It fit perfectly and leaves the water tasting cleaner than the last filter. I love this filter and the savings.

I bought this Insignia water filter to replace the LG brand one as it's much more affordable. Glad to say it's just as good - there are no leaks and it works perfectly. I've bought it multiple times and will be my go-to filter for my fridge from now on.

Still can’t believe the difference in price compared to the OEM. This filter works the same and costs so much less. We do not notice any difference in taste whatsoever. We will be purchasing the Insignia brand from here on in!

I purchased this water filter for my Samsung refrigerator. I do have to say it works as well as the Samsung g. Rand but for a lot less money. I would definitely recommend it.

this water filter installs with no problems. and it lasts longer than it is supposed to. even though the manufacturer says to change it, it still performs well.

The Insignia filter works just as well as the LG brand filter and is rather close to half the price. It is easy to install and lasts just as long as the LG filter. I won't buy my water filters any other way.

This filter is outstanding and a fantastic deal. It works just as well as the OEM and is more than half the price! Cannot go wrong. I only hope Best Buy continues to stock this item!

We never have any issues with these filters, and save us around $5-10 compared to buying LG filters. We have been buying them for about 3 years now.
