The iRobot Roomba J9+ is an improvement over our past robot vacuums. It is self-learning and will report when there is a questionable item it deems in the way of its cleaning path. Sometimes it has a problem evacuating its internal bin to the docking station bin but that is usually caused by an enormous amount dog hair and carpet fuzz. We run our Roomba everyday throughout the entire house.

Generally does a good job. Nice that is can vacuum under most of the furniture. Nice that it updates the map when it finds differences while vacuuming.

I love it until I figure out the replacement parts are nowhere to be found. You can call customer service, and they will send you to EBAY to find parts. This is a product that i got to use only for a year and a half. You will have issues that will not be fixable, so you will end up having to replace a 600+ dollar thing.

Highly recommend this machine. It is also one of the newest models. It is very efficient and smart.

We have animals so there’s constantly stuff getting tracked into the downstairs. Having this product has completely changed the dynamic in the house as the floor is always clean - mo more stepping on crumbs and debris!

The best rumba yet. It’s louder than my j7 is the only bad thing, but it is well worth the wait.

Will purchase similar items again at Best Buy. Went with this model as my intro to these type products, not disappointed!

I don't know how I lived without the iRobot Roomba j9 I would recommend this product to anyone. I love it.

We have had a Roomba over last the years. Each lasts about 1 to 2 years. Always purchase BB warranty. Our last one has been terrible after only 4 mos. After 2 mos back and forth with IRobt we have returned it. It would not reboot and was constantly offline. Each time we called or emailed back, they wanted all the previously given info again, even though we had a case number. Awful customer service. They told us they would replace it. We waited two weeks for the replacement. It never showed up, so we called, and we were told a replacement was never sent out and then told us to send us more pictures. Told they will escalate as a safety hazard and then requested more pictures. Told the charging plate was melted and to unplug and stop using. Each time, we were told they would get back to us within 24 to 48 hrs. It would be longer, and we would need to call them back. We returned it to BB and bought a Roborock, and we hope we love it.
