The return dates are extremely tight allowing only 2 weeks to test the product. That is not the reason for the low rating, this mouse is not smooth it stuggles in maneuvering easy. Its style shape is not doing it justice its almost hard to click or using the clicking function. Sucks im stick with one but able to return the other.
