Perfect for meetings.

The microphone does pick up the sound if you have speakers, so I just end up using headphones for both audio and mic and disable the cameras microphone.

I teach and take exercise courses and need to have full length of living room/ studio in view

Easy installation via USB, and support from the company for any issues, which I never experienced. Many have comment the clarity of the webcam, which is what I was looking for in a webcam. However, many said they could not hear me very well through the internal microphone. nevertheless, I feel this is a great buy.

Like the 1080 resolution for a group meeting. IE having 6 people in view on a zoom. Very easy to use, Plugged in and it worked. I DID NOT use the mike, I use the mic on a separate blue tooth speaker that works excellent.

The pictures and graphics are of extremely high quality. I was confident that this device was perfect and compatible with my Dell XPS. There was no need to download any drivers for its usage. My laptop recognize this product the moment I plugged in my device.

This is the device...The way to go I absolutely love it. I use this device for fun, webex meetings, my zoom meetings and I am never out of balance when it comes to colour everything is spot on it's definitely what you need.

The j5create webcam is plug and play, so you just need to plug it in an start up your video app. Each video streaming/conference/recording application has different settings that will work with the camera. We appreciate the review.

Wanted to love it

It was easy to use, had great resolution, and changed the way I work. And then it broke. The device was no longer recognized by the computers. I reinstalled drivers, reconfigured by USB controllers, and spent hours trying to get it to work. I did try to use the vendor support team, but they only kept suggesting the things I had already tried, and documented to them. So I'm chalking it up to bad device and bought a new one, different model.

We found this one and tried it out. So far it has been excellent with no issues. My wife loves it, which is important because happy wife = happy life. To those looking for an HD webcam without having to pay an arm for one, this is a great pick.

It also arrived in record time after having tried and failed at getting a webcam from two other large stores over 3 months. This one through Best Buy arrived in about a week after ordering it.

Good video quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This camera has a feature where it captures a lot of the background, fine if you have a clean, uncluttered room from where you are Zooming (my rooms are messy, so it was sort of an embarrassment to see how much of the room was revealed to other Zoom attendees). I don't know how well the built-in microphone works, I still have to use a manual mike that is plugged into the computer or else nobody can hear me during the Zoom meetings. On-line manual doesn't help that much re: the mike issue.
