The reason for the 1-star review is the reliability of the product. I bought TWO of these (back to back), both of them failed after ~6 months of usage with the exact same failure: the arm holding on to the left speaker breaks, and as a result it becomes unusable since it no longer sits on your ear. It's quite disappointing since I really liked the comfort level and audio quality for this entry-level speaker.

Sounded good until it did not. Went for razorsharks instead
