These speakers sound very good, which is the main point of speakers. Gives a nice Atmos height stage to my system, moving from a 5.1 to a 7.2.2. The only negative is the finish. There was either a choice of some kind of birchwood or a lame brown wood finish. I would prefer an option for just black, would match the speakers. They're on top of much better.

I set this JBL 245C center speaker up with the JBL Stage 2 250B bookshelf speakers and the JBL MA710 receiver and have been very happy. I wanted something affordable but that would also provide better sound and flexibility than a soundbar and this family of products fit the bill perfectly. I’m using the rear surrounds, sub and ceiling speaker (set as Atmos) that I already had and after calibration have been very pleased. I’m not an audiophile by any means but for my purposes this setup sounds great!

Make sure you have a receiver that can do 7 channel. I only have a 5 channel, so i didnt really get the full expereince these might do. But there is a little more depth with these, i think. Dont buy these at full price honestly.

Great center channel speaker. Voice intelligibility is always good. Nevers sounds boomy or brash. Speaker is a bit large but so is the sound it presents in a surround system. Glad I opted to replace my previous center channel speaker with this one!!

The JBL theater system has a great sound. Was easy to install.

Great center channel speaker. I like the magnetic grille piece. Sounds great when paired with the bookshelf speakers too. It is a rather large center channel unit though so I recommend seeing it in person before purchasing to see if it will fit your space.

Great sound for a center channel speaker for surround sound system and nice for the TV center speaker. Also love the removable magnetic speaker front cover.

Great upgread! Replaced a well dated set of "flat wall speakers" mafe by KEF and the JBL's (this center with the 2 smaller bookshelves) has completely changed our movie watching experience. Dialogue is clear, sound is fun and exiting without being fatigueing.

Hits every note and symbol. Powerful. Top quality for the price. High end that you will not have to take out a loan for.

I purchased these to add atmos capability to my existing 5.1 JBL speaker setup. Even when listening to stereo audio, the sound seems richer. I wish they came in true black finish instead of the very dark brown so they would match my other speakers looks better, but sound wise they do exactly what I wanted for a decent price.

These speakers are versitle as both atmos or surround speakers. They have a toggle switch to pick a mode. They support banana plugs. I'm using them as rear side surround speakers. They've got a nice clean sound.

This is a well built center channel speaker, the 5-speaker plays sharp and clear sound. You can hear the dialog very clearly while the background sound is loud with heavy bass.
