I did a lot of research before purchase. I needed long play time and secure fit for running. I've been jealous of apple air pods. Not enough to change from Samsung though :). Hoped to find something just as good. These worked well standing. While running the bluetooth connection was bad, and the connection between left and right was also intermittent. If I took a pod put of an ear or needed push it back in to place, the volume would shoot up or down or skip song or pause. So annoying. I've had them 2 days. They are going back. The irony is that Best Buy sent me an email today saying that people who buy JLab Audio - Epic Air True Wireless Earbud Headphones also buy (wait for it) -- Apple Airpods! Guess I'll just have to keep waiting.

"Learning" Gems That Can Delight the Senses

HOW THEY WORK: These are smart earbuds. You choose the Right or Left earbud as the Bluetooth receiver. The other earbud then pairs with the BT receiving earbud using radio frequency. The Bluetooth connection to the first earbud is solid. Unfortunately, an intermittent connection occurred during initial test between the Right & Left earbud, which I found to be frustrating. Thankfully, the earbuds "learned" the Right & Left wireless protocol after several hours & the intermittent disconnection reduced from the left earbud cutting out 7 times during "Stairway to Heaven", the first song I played, to only 1 disconnection during 5 songs. Based on 5+ hours of testing, the trend is improving & I expect even fewer disconnects over time. LIKES: 1- Bluetooth Antenna is built in the earhook. 2- Sweat proof design. 3- "Earbuds Joined", "Pairing" & "Battery Condition" voice confirmation. 4- Beautiful packaging. 5- Battery Power built in the portable case allows recharging the earbuds 5 times = 30 Hrs & charge your cellphone, using the USB jack built into the case. *HINT: When you close the Charging Case lid, be sure to snap the lid closed at the edge. (Push down at the edge and listen for a snap). Unless it snaps closed, you may not have an electrical connection between the 2) earbuds and the case charging contacts. (This happened to me 2ce before I learned this trick). 6- 5) LED's show condition of battery built in the case & flash when battery is charging. 7- Long battery life: 6 hours per charge, with 30 hours extra provided by the charging case battery. 8- 8) sets of gel-tips insure proper fit & make a HUGE improvement in sound quality, when you seal your ear canal! 9- Non-slip rubberized Charging Case is comfortable to handle. 10- The combination of non-slip rubberized earbuds & a well designed earhook keep these earbuds from ever getting loose or falling out of your ears. They feel 100% secure. 11- 8mm drivers produce very good quality sound. *HINT: To achieve the very best audio, you must size the gels properly. At first, I has highly disappointed with the sound quality out of the box, using the stock gels. I tried the triple flange custom fit tips & settled on double flange gels that fit my ears perfectly - WOW!! Now the high frequencies went from muddy to crystal clear & the bass from non existent to good. 12- They play LOUD! Competitive Bluetooth Earbuds require my iPhone 6 Plus to play at full volume - and they are still not loud enough. These ear buds produce the same volume level (SPL) with the slider set at 80% on the iPhone. 13- Long range Bluetooth transmission! I was able to achieve the manufacturer's 30 foot range in my house, through walls. 14- Excellent acoustic environmental isolation. 15- Extremely comfortable, lightweight & no wires! DISLIKES: 1- One earbud disconnects & becomes silent intermittently for a few seconds, then reconnects, as aforementioned. 2- Packaging: The earbuds are held very tightly by 4 plastic prongs in a beautiful, clear JLab Audio box. One of the clear plastic prongs in the presentation box broke as I removed the earbud. This does not affect performance of the earbud in any way; what broke is a small post in the packaging. CONCLUSION: JLab Audio - Epic Air True Wireless Earbud Headphones would be "Ideal", were it not for the occasional disconnection between Right & Left earbuds. Because these disconnections are becoming much less frequent & these truly wireless earbuds offer so many positives, they earn a 4 Star rating. *HINT: These earbuds are "gems" after they have "learned" the connection protocol between Right & Left earbuds. Those who exercise patience during this learning process, will be rewarded by featherweight, wireless headphones that truly delight the senses!

I read the bad reviews about these headphones and still took a chance. Because I wanted something different compared to all the other headphones out there. Yes it took a little bit to get them to sync to bluetooth. But once I was able to connect them, their awesome! I've had plenty of wired and wireless headphones and because of my intense workouts and cardio they do the job. So for all the bad reviews out there, I'm not sure why the bad experiences. But as for me, I've bought myself another pair to keep as back up. They are awesome!, Thank you Jlab and Best buy.

Music sound quality is great and it stays on fairly well but everything else sucks. It keeps losing signals and when on a call you can only hear through one side. For calls when I have one earbud on, that's good, but when I have both earbuds on I prefer to hear from both ends. It not only looses Bluetooth signal with my phone but loses signal to each earbuds easily. Signal is really weak while moving. There is no extra slot to store spare buds in the case. I also keep accidentally ending calls or skipping songs because of the touch control being too sensitive in the same time not being sensitive enough to raise or lower volume when I needed to! Well I guess I do have to give credit for the talk time and the entire design and look is amazing.

The JLab Audio - Epic Air True Wireless Earbud Headphones - Black is a great economically priced version of the wireless sports earbud craze. While I would not initially think of JLab when I think of headphones, the last few products have really impressed, the Epic Air True Wireless Earbuds are no exception! There are so many features with this products is hard to find a place to start... The earbuds fit well right out of the packaging and are very comfortable and secure even during intense exercise or sweating. The charged fulling within 2 hours or less and the housing is a charging pack for the headphones when you are storing them. The housing charging pack doubles as a spare battery charger for your phone or other micro-usb devices (not for iPhone without an adapter) which is a very well-thought-out, forward-thinking concept. There are multiple earbud tips to help find the perfect fit for your ears included. The setup was a little tricky at first. You must sync the left earbud to your phone first via Bluetooth, then sync your right earbud to your left earbud. Read the instructions carefully to make sure you do not have to start over. The sound quality is decent for a wireless/Bluetooth earbuds. I did feel that the low end was somewhat lacking, but I do not listen to heavy bass music, so it may be different for other genres of music. Volume was outstanding as was the noise-canceling. This was perfect for a noisy workout room but never noticed it because of the JLabs. I do seem to experience some intermittent connectivity issues between the left and right earbud. This appears to be the connection between the earbuds and not the Phone. The right drops out while the left continues to play. This has been a bit annoying, but tolerable. I will be trying to resync the earbuds to try to correct his issues. PROS - Quality design - Price - Volume - Noise-canceling - FEATURES!! CONS - Connectivity between earbuds - No iPhone connector included for charging pack

    A Little Disappointing

Well, there’s an old saying about “if you can’t say something nice…”, so here goes. Sound quality leaves a lot to be desired as the Epic Air earbuds are very bright and tinny sounding in my opinion. Not much bass, and even the midrange sounds thin. I played with equalizer settings and ear tip shapes for hours and could get these to sound no better than just “average” for music listening. Sound is the primary reason you buy ear buds, so that is the main factor in how many stars I am giving it, three…just average. The other thing that disappointed me was the “buttons” on the ear buds. They are not really buttons that move or click, but what JLab calls “touch sensors” and if you have the earbuds set to “auto on”, as you are fiddling with getting the buds seated properly in your ears you end up activating the controls. I can understand the desire to create a water (and sweat) proof product and this choice for controls, but it is probably best to not use the auto on function. Integrating the charging “cable” into the case is a clever idea, but it is hard to tell which end of the cable goes into which storage slot as the ends of the cable are different sizes and cannot be accommodated by either storage slot. Also the cable is short and sometimes cumbersome because of its flat configuration. The case has a rather large form factor simply because it has to hold the buds with the ear hooks attached. People will not want to carry the case in a pocket, but rather toss it into a gym bag or backpack. The buds stay firmly planted in/on your ear because of the over-the-ear hooks. The case is a nice design with a button and display to show how much power is remaining. The generous number of differently shaped ear tips is also great as far as finding a comfortable fit. These tips fit real secure to the buds unlike some competitor’s products - nicely done. Overall build quality appears to be quite robust, but a small storage pouch for the extra ear tips would have been nice. Even though the box the Epic Air comes in makes a great first impression and is awesome in design and materials, most people are going to toss it, so storage for the extra tips would have been appreciated. I think these are a well designed product for people who want a listening device for working out, but if you have any passion for music I think you will be disappointed.

First, these sound great, and fit really well. They are so convenient and I really want to like them, but I find myself cursing them too often to give them 4 or 5 stars. A couple of issues: 1 - The connectivity is still not quite good enough. I have the main paired bud on the same side as I keep the phone like they recommend but it is still choppy and cuts out some times. Even just walking or turning my head will sometimes get me skips in the music. I've often wondered how people who use them to work out deal with it. (That's certainly how they are marketed). I can understand when you put a sheet of metal roofing in front of your phone how that would make it cut out, but just turning your head? Or putting your arms up around your head while doing crunches? It just needs some work. 2 - The waterproof coating started to blister and come off after only about a week worth of use. At least I assume that's what it is. Either way it's weird and I'm worried that I'll damage them without it since I sweat really bad when working outside in the heat. 3 - The charging case sometimes does not charge the earbuds. When I put them in there I see the blue lights come on but when I go to get them out again and pair them, it shows half battery. I don't think the case pushes them against the connectors very well. I always wipe them off before I put them away so I don't think the connections could be dirty. Anyway, annoying. Lastly, why does the "Earbud Joined" notice get so loud sometimes. It feels like full volume sometimes. But not always... That is seriously annoying. If I want to damage my ears I want it to be because I'm listening to great music too loud. Basically, I put up with all the little gripes because they fit well, sound good, and having wireless buds is the greatest thing since the smartphone in my opinion. I just wish they were better in some areas, especially signal/connection. Maybe the next version will be better....

Epic Air - Future of Earbuds – Need Patience

Was anxious to receive this complimentary set of Jlab Epic Air Truly Wireless Earbuds to review since I already had a mixed 'experience' with another popular, more expensive brand. Frustrated after several days, I returned the other brand of truly wireless earbuds because of on-going 'connectivity' issues. But, after doing some research I discovered that true wireless in-ear headphones and earbuds remain a 'first-generation technology'. Truly wireless tech leaves the users a few twists and wrinkles to work out. However, the fact that the ear buds do not have the cumbersome, connecting wires between them is worth the 'learning-curve'. Additionally, truly wireless earbuds like the Jlab Epic Air are going to be the future of all in-ear earbuds. For over the past two weeks I have used the Jlab Epic Air, daily, on my routine jogs, walks, and biking. Because of my previous experience and research, I convinced myself to give this pair a full two weeks of continued use before evaluating them. And, by day six the smart, learning earbuds went uninterrupted, delivered richer sound, and made me aware that this technology was here-to-stay. If users, like me, have a little patience, and, give the earbuds time to 'learn' the configuration around your head and body they perform as advertised. Sound: ** After the smart earbuds 'learn' their configuration, around the back of your head, they are much more dynamic. Focused on the mid-range and clear-voice, the delivered sound, is ideal for any kind of accompanying physical activity you so choose. The bass is subtle and adequate. If you are looking for booming, deep, glass-resonating bass, these are not for you. ** Adjustments – The main device you pair to Bluetooth, like your smartphone, actually determines the upper limit of your volume. However, you can increase or decrease the volume from that limit by holding your left or right earbud for one second, and, then releasing. ** JLab Audio Burn-In-Tool – Jlab has an Audio Burn-In-Tool available for download at the Apple Store or Google Store for Free. As an Audiophile for over fifty years, 'burning-in' speakers is the 'norm' to loosen the varnish-cambraic, painted diaphragm. It produces better and noticeable sound when the diaphragm is loosened and 'burned-in'. The Jlab App is Free and only takes ten minutes and thirty seconds to accomplish. However, I could not discern any noticeable differences after I used JLab's 'burn-in' app. My experience was that optimum connection of using the smart, 'learning' earbuds after six days noticeably improved the quality and fullness of sound Comfort: ** Earhooks – These babies are made to stay on your ear through any strenuous physical activity. They do not pinch or squeeze any part of your ear while they are comfortably and securely attached. I forgot they were on my ears even after three hours of daily use. ** Antenna In Earhook – The Bluetooth antenna is built-into both earbuds so you can choose, which one you want to 'pair' as the main, and, the other becomes the smart, 'connected' drone. However, you will not notice the antennas are made of more rigid materials. Main Features of Epic Air: ** Earbuds, P55 Rating – Protected from limited dust ingress and low pressure water from any direction. However, these may be advertised as 'sweatprooof' – they are not immersible are waterproof. Clean with dampened cloth before storing in charging case. ** Built-In-Microphone – In both earbuds for receiving phone calls. ** Earbuds - Single charge can last up to six hours of continued use. ** Voice Prompts – Earbuds will prompt you when ON, BYE, for OFF and indicate battery charge left in units. ** Included Charging Case - Holds up to thirty hours of charge, automatically charges your earbuds while being stored inside the case, and can charge other devices like your smart phone with an on-board USB port. Has a 'wrap-around' outer, case cable with USB/mini-USB port for charging. Has five LED lights to indicate charging level left in case, and, is portable. ** Phone Calls – Using the built-in microphone to make calls through Siri or your Google assistant is easy, and only takes a touch of your main paired earbud to activate and end. However, your phone sound only comes through the main, Bluetooth paired ear bud, not both. ** Custom Fit – Jlab includes eight pairs of silicone gel tips to custom fit any size ear. One note – it is important to get the proper fit since I found that these earbuds are the closest thing to 'noise-canceling' when you choose the correct tip. ** Tap Controls – This took me quite a bit of time to get used too. I was extremely familiar with on-board, 'wired' controls in the non-wireless earbuds. However, the 'tap' is very sensitive and different for the main Bluetooth paired bud from the other connected earbud. The paired unit decreases the volume with a hold of one second until released. The other earbud increases the volume with a hold of one second until released. Double tap to activate Siri or Google, and then, double tap to deactivate. Power ON/OFF, press and hold three seconds. I really enjoy these Jlab Epic Air Earbuds. Keep in mind that you can use them, like I do, around the house,at work, or anywhere. They are not just for 'sweaty-workouts', but perform well with any kind of physical activity, or not. What impressed me last week, I was out riding my bike when it started to rain – no problem, just wiped the earbuds off – they still work. I highly recommend the JLab Epic Air Wireless Earbuds, but with reservations. This technology is new and has a learning period of time. Since I already had a previous pair, I am not disappointed about the time it takes for the smart earbuds to 'learn' how to connect to each other. I am pleased that I do not have to bother with the unmanageable wires connected to both buds. So, I am going with five stars, but only after the 'learning' period. This would make a great gift for the 'cutting-edge' person in your life, family, or friend. If they have the patience to allow the earbuds to 'learn' they will not be disappointed.

I'm was using Bose SoundSport headphones but I kept having issues with them falling out my ears while working out. And, they tend to die in the middle of a run if you start with the battery level at 40%. I wanted to jump on the completely wireless fad and I was too nervous about the ear bud types, so I was excited to try the "hook" design of the JB Labs version. First the packaging. It sounds silly, but you can tell how much care a company puts into their product by the packaging. The headphones come in a hardshell plastic case and when you open it up, you have easy access to the vast number of ear tips (they get props for giving you MORE than they should have). If you're like me and normally go with the default ear tips because you're lazy, you should rethink it. I foudn the default tips didn't stay on my ear very well. I spent some time testing out almost all of the tips and found the ones that worked great. Take your time and try them out for the best possible experience. That charging case... I was impressed that JB Labs not only gave you a microUSB charging cable, but they smartly designed it to be Incorporated in the case. It literally wraps around the case so it's always there when you need it. Very impressive. The case also has a battery meter on top. Very convenient. The headphones fit in the case and the lid shuts down with a satisfying snap to keep them in place and charging. The setup was pretty simple. The included instructions are dead simple and easy to follow. I recommend reading them first. You set up one earpiece to your phone and then the second earpiece connects to the first earpiece. After setting it up the first time, you turn on the earpiece you set up first (which connects to your phone and the other earpiece connects automatically). Once it's set up for the first time, it's pretty easy to use. I love the charging case as it always makes sure your headphones won't die in the middle of a workout. And all you have to do is look at the gauge on the case itself to make sure there's adequate charge. Now, on to my quips. The audio regularly drops out in one of the earpieces when working out. It's only for a fleeting second, but it's enough to mention a warning here. It doesn't bother me while I'm working out and it could be the phone I use or interference (I Use a Pixel 1). It always reconnects without me doing anything, so to me it's no harm no foul. BUT that might be a problem for others. If I were using these to lounge around and relax and listen to music, then yes, it would be a problem. But for me, I'll take the minor annoyance for the convenience of charging case and no wires. And I must point out this is my experience, it may not happen to you. Sound quality. I'm no audiophiliac but I can say that these sound pretty good. The bass doesn't resonate quite like my Bose SoundSports but they are acceptable. And I keep going back to the fact that these are workout headphones. For me, I'm not looking for perfect sound quality but decent sounding headphones and are immune to sweat. These fit the bill. If you are looking for completely wirefree workout headphones, these have to be on your short list. I can't find many (actually any) that have the hook design that are in my humble opinion essential for strenuous workouts. I'm extremely satisfied with these headphones.

So if your ears require comfort, ease and great sound pick these JLAB Epic Air earbuds. I can see why they figured out a way to add "air" to the name because once you secure the loop behind your ear, you don't feel them. I was really concerned that I'd be hindered by some sort of hard plastic but they are made of some kind of soft silicon. They feature a new technology to me... on the JLAB symbols on the earbuds there are gestures like a solid press raises or lowers the volume. That was really cool since other earbuds make you click something and pushes the earbud in which can be uncomfortable. The actual sound of the music playing is unmatched in comparison to other earbuds. It's crisp and clarity of the output of sound in my ears was loud enough at the gym that I couldn't hear the plates of weights being racked like I normally do. I am the person at the gym who needs music to be able to function so I love them. The charging case is also made of this sleek silicone and has LED lights that show you how much battery is left in the charging case which is helpful at the gym. Downfalls are when making a phone call the mic picks up every single outside noise that causes disruption on the call. At one point the person could hardly hear me. The Bluetooth needs refinement because at the gym it would randomly drop the signal and my music would stop so I would have to find my phone to restart the music. Finally, there is a small warning that says something like "don't let sweat in the charging case because it could ruin the earbuds and water could cause smoke". Well they are marketed as gym earbuds so moisture could build up so that was off putting. Not enough to get rid of them though because their sound is amazing and I plan on taking care of these! Overall, the sound is really great on these so just make sure to not try to take calls on these and for your call to cancel sounds.

JLab Audio - Epic Air True Wireless Earbud Headphones Confession. While I’m a huge fan of headphones of all types, I’ve limited myself to long-time favorites from well known labels going back decades. Old school. My recent experience with the Wireless EPIC earbuds from JLAB ended that prejudice of mine. These folks are clever, designing a great looking and great sounding earbud. But, maybe they are too clever. Let’s take a closer look. These earbuds come in an attractive, inviting package. along with a hard shell, wickedly useful case. It serves as a charging device, with a wrap-around concealed ribbon cable and hidden charging ports. I’ve got to give huge kudos for the nifty engineering and design. Very cool. I’d never guess how they hid the cable and ports. And I didn’t. JLAB should move the illustration of these clever features to the 1st page of the instructions. I spent many minutes searching for the cable I thought I dropped somewhere. I tried inserting my own micro USB into the slots on the side of the case. NOPE. WRONG. Those aren’t a USB slot; they’re intended for a security/hanging cord. Oh, and my suggested punishment for the designers? They should be forced to serve time on the customer support phones. It will teach them a few valuable lessons about how dumb us customers can be. How do these JLAB EPICs work? This is sophisticated technology, and JLAB has done a great job offering fairly priced wireless earbuds that compete with anything on the market. I found the JLABS have a somewhat fussy initial Bluetooth setup. First you pair EITHER the LEFT or RIGHT earpiece (your choice) with the phone (or other source device). Then, after the appropriate color/blink cues, you link the other earbud to the first earbud. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS. I almost gave up. Blue blinks? White blinks? Fast or slow? Press for how long? Restarting the whole process was easy, because just inserting the earbuds into the carrying case shut them off (while charging them). Your experience may be very different. JLAB advises that time and use will improve the link reliability, as the headphones “learn” from their experience with your head, signal interference around you, and your source device. There are several options to easily starting them for future use. And yes, my experience has definitely improved with each use. Controlling the earpieces, the volume, answering the phone, skipping ahead are all a matter of one or more touches on either the left or right earpiece. It becomes very quick and easy to learn, and very reliable. I like this responsiveness and reliable access to phone control finding it superior to my various neck band headphones. No searching for the buttons. The earpieces just respond as required. (Oh, and this very slick earpiece control system may be contributing to confusion during device setup. I can’t be sure.) How do these sound? Well, I wouldn’t have gotten this far into my review if these didn’t sound great. Once you make your first successful BT linkage to your source, you know you’re on to something quite nice. Very Detailed. Natural voices. Well balanced, with a great upper treble and super bass (if you get a good fit). Finding the right earpiece among the included selection ought to be easy. JLAB thoughtfully provided single, dual and triple flange earpiece replacements; very rare in my experience. These are capable of getting very loud, and without distortion. You really won’t want to take these off, and the ear hook design makes keeping them on much easier. I can certainly recommend these JLAB Epic Earbuds. My slight hesitation involves the initial setup process, which may well have been me. I also find myself fussing with the ear comfort for this style of larger earpiece (required for this design). This is definitely about me, and you need to try these out for yourself.

Starting off sound is subjective and I'm not a sound aficionado. That being sound let me start with what you get in the box. First, plenty of ear cups sizes to go around so if your worried they won't fit, DONT BE! Second, After following the steps, yes you need to follow the steps, to pair them up successfully you realize that it's not a terrible experience but could definetly been a easier setup process. It recommended me downloading the app and once I went to the store to get it you see a 2.5 star rating. Getting into sound quality it's just okay. Reason I say this is becuase volume seems inconsistent in the sense that if your at 1/4 volume and you turn it up it sounds like you went up a whole 1/4 and you turn it down to go back to volume you swear is louder than when you were just there. Next, the treble's for me were just too high which stopped me from venturing past half volume due to the pain they caused. I will say that the function buttons are something you have to get use to but once you do they are your best friends. All in all I'd only recommend these headsets if you care about two things. Connectivity to your phone which they exceed at. Or if you are only getting them for the true wireless aspect. Other than that there are better options, mind you with cables, but better options which put sound quality first. I appreciate you reading my review and I hope it helps you in your decesion.

Fit: 4/5 - Comfortable. Make sure you try out the assortment of ear tips because it can make the difference between a decent fit and a truly snug fit. Design: 4/5 - I believe for JLabs first foray into truly wireless headphones, they did a great job. It is not overly bulky but it has a decent size which is due to battery storage. Sound: 4/5 - When you have a nice seal in your ear, they sound pretty good. Not great. It is above average for workout headphones. Do not expect wired earphone audio quality when buying bluetooth and especially for workout headphones. They met if not exceeded my expectations for sound for a workout headphone. Functionality: 2/5 - My biggest issue with these headphones is I could not maintain a consistent connection when working out or walking for that matter. I tried connecting to my Apple Watch which is on my left wrist which is paired to the left earbud. Would not hold a steady connection. If I turn my head too far left or right it would cut out. When in the gym, if I lifted my hands to far above my head, it would dropout. If I moved a few feet away from my phone it would cut out. JLab says it takes time for the wireless connection to each earbud to map to your head after I left feedback to them, but after a month still the same issues. I can not recommend these headphones and I hope the next iteration can improve this major flaw which prevents it from being the best truly wireless headphone in the market.

Ooooh!! These were the ones. These were the True wireless earbuds that was supposed to change the game for me. The perfect design. Comfortable fit and simple touch controls. The JLab Epic Air Bluetooth were the earbuds I had to have. That is until I actually got them in hand and on my head. These little guys have far too much promise to be the eventual mess, that they turned out to be. The earbuds have a battery life of 6 hours ( so they say. I've never worn a pair wireless Bluetooth that long to know for sure.) If you find yourself low on power, the case can charge them up to 5 more times , before having to charge the case. 36 hours!! That's so boss! The case can also charge your mobile phone, if need be. That's gonna take away from your earbud charge life though. But still, that's so awesome. The charging case is on the large side ( It's Huge!!) Largest one I own. And I own a few true wireless headphones. Again, These thing fit like I want them to. So I was excited. But I'm just gonna cut to the chase. They have poor sound quality in phone calls. Mono output. And they are extremely low in many cases. While listening to music, the sound quality is average at best. That is, when they want to stay connected. There was far to much sound surfing between ears. As long as they stayed paired properly, my workouts went great. But, ooh, when they didn't. Darn if it wasn't a major distraction. The touch sensor is far too sensitive. I've inadvertently paused, played, hung up or skipped enough to just not want to scratch my head in confusion. I want to recommend these so badly. Unfortunately, they perform so badly that I can't. Keep trying JLab. Maybe the 2nd outing will be the home run these should've been.

I bought these to wear while running equipment. They were comfortable to wear, did a good job blocking out noise and were more than loud enough. But they tap to control functions did not work. They also would cut in and out. They also were not easy to turn on and off when I would need to take them out. I returned the first pair because the battery wouldn’t charge. Then I returned the second pair.

These headphones are really great for the gym. They come with 8 different ear tips to help you find the best fit for you. The build in wings hold on to your ears even when running and moving quickly. I used them to jump rope and play basketball and they did not fall out. The charging case also keeps them charges when they are not in use and lasted me a week before I needed to charge it. The case can also be used to charge your phone in a pinch. I took a point off since I am not a huge fan of the touch controls and would use my phone to skip songs and change the volume more than the headphones.
