Good Desktop computer?

Best Buy shouldn't sell this product. I saw a couple of review out side of best buy after having this unit for a week or two. As a desk top that you keep plugged in 100% of the time, maybe it would be ok, unless it explodes on me? I thought that If I powered it off it would be ok. So yesterday, when I charged it up to 100% I powered it off at 11,:00 am but by then it was 99% 1 1/2 at 511 pm I turned it on, and it was 94%. Two seconds later 93. I am using my chrome to do this email and not using jumper laptop. At 525pm it was 76 charged. I thought about ckecking the return policy a few days ago, but I spend lots of time loading my pictures and software that I used on my old desk top. Well, I will use my Chromebook, but only turn this machine on when I need to do brief work projects.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Not the best build quality but not the highest price either
