Looks nice although quality control could better due to predrilled trim holes not properly aligned with oven body. Have only used once so far, seemed to work ok.

Love the look of this oven. I am upgrading all kitchen appliances. Needed to replace old Jennaire oven. The available foot print size of oven I needed is very small & KitchenAid brand met the specifications perfectly.

The service from Best Buy was great. However, Kitchenaide has exhibited very poor customer service.
The oven door arrived with a flaw in the oven door. The face of the door was attached to the oven crooked. It has taken two visits from a service rep and one month later, I still have no new oven door. The first service rep clearly indicated in his report that the oven door needed to be replaced. Kitchenaid, did not accept that and sent out another service rep who confirmed what the first service rep found-the door is flawed and should be replaced.

My wife loves this oven. although with built in's your limited by the size of the cut-out hole for your home. we wish we could have fit the larger one & we wanted to switch to a gas oven but again couldn't find any that would fit the cut-out.
My wife loves the bread proofing feature and loves the true convection. I wouldn't worry about hearing a little tiny bit of fan noise like some people complained about. it's really not very loud at all & it's there to get rid of the heat to protect electronic components.
You must make sure you have enough space behind the unit for proper ventilation. I cut out a part of the cabinet to add a heat register & to allow it to breath better. by being able to draw more fresh air in when in use. Now we won't worry about using the self-cleaning feature people said caused issues because of the excessive heat generated by it when we need too.
KitchenAid told me most issues caused by the self-cleaning heat were actually BECAUSE of incorrect installation. aka, not enough space around the unit.
We love this oven so far. no complaints. glad we bought it. looks great too.

Beware of this product. These units can have an inherent design flaw, which was confirmed to me by the factory service tech who has had to do two warranty repairs on this unit in a six week span. You likely will not be able to use the self clean option, because the thermal fuses for the display compartment and the oven compartment will blow if you try to utilize the high temperature self clean function. The fuses also blew a second time when I simply tried to broil a piece of fish for less than 5 minutes. I had seen this problem mentioned in reviews prior to my purchase, and that led me to try using the self clean function, after having the oven for several months. The fuses blew within an hour of starting the cleaning cycle. Best Buy, of course, will not help you at all, as their return policy is only a few days. But they will tell you that you should have purchased their expensive contract up front to cover a possible exchange if you buy a lemon from them. Not the kind of thing one should expect to have to use for a $2000 oven. But that's the extent of the help you can expect from Best Buy. So buy at your own risk. I'm stuck with it. But after watching the tech replace the fuses twice in a few weeks, at least I can service this problem myself the next time it happens; because it WILL happen again. When it works, under everyday usage, it is fine. But until I have a drawer full of replacement fuses I can forget throwing my pizza bricks in the oven and making a honemade pizza at 550 degrees, like I could with the 25 year old economy model Frigidaire oven that this thing replaced. The lesson learned here is that expensive does necessarily mean quality, at least as far as Kitchenaid products go.

Broken from the beginning

I bought this oven because I had a narrow space and it was one of the few that would fit. Kitchenaid has always meant quality to me. But, I have not been pleased with this purchase. The readout on the clock/temp display was crooked from the beginning. Come to find out, it was broken and just had been taped into place. The temperature does not maintain the heat well. I'm not sure if that is this model, or if it, too, is broken. I paid way too much for this oven for it to not work well. Very disappointed.

The large glass door is a great selling feature. Looks very modern and sleek. Takes a little long to heat up and cool down after use but that hasn't been an issue for me. Love the convection feature.

I replaced 24 inch electric wall oven with this amazing convection oven! The convection keeps the food moist. When you shut off, the fan dies keep running for about a half hour. No big deal. Would highly recommend getting this amazing oven.

We downsized and didn't want to do the whole double oven again and this is a solid KitchenAid oven that has all the bells and whistles of the much bigger options so it is a competent compliment to our KitchenAid Kitchen

My oven fits in our cabinetry perfectly and looks great. It is easy to use and cooks everything on time. It is a bit noisy, and takes awhile to turn off the blower, but all in all I'm very satisfied.

We bought 6 Kitchenaid appliances a few months ago. We’re happy with 5 of them, but this 24” wall oven is a very poorly made oven. From the moment you press the start button it RATTLES!
The sheet metal vibration is terrible! And it continues to make unacceptable noise long after you turn it off.
We have to turn UP the TV volume in the other room to be able to hear it over the noisy oven.
VERY poor quality for a high price, NOT impressed!
