Works well. Cleans dishes very well on express cycle. Dries well on normal dry cycle. Only thing is that you have to bend a little lower to access the dish racks when pulled out. No third rank.

Our GE dishwasher of a little more than five years stopped working. It would have cost more to fix it than it was worth, so we replaced it. Found a better machine with the desired features in the Kitchen Aid. Installed perfectly, and cleans and sterilizes better than what we had. A smooth transaction from beginning to end. Very happy with everything!

Replaced old Kitchen Aid with new one. Easy to shop for in store. Knowledgeable salesman. Free delivery,Installation, disposed & extra warranty done through Total Tech membership. Had to update valve & electric at extra charge but the installers made that easy. Highly recommend Kitchen Aid, Best Buy, Total Tech.

So the interior is soaking wet after an express dry with heat dry cycle. Water keeps dripping from the top spray arm. Water spots on everything (and yes we use soft water and rinse agent like we always have for 25 years in this house.) Top rack set up does not hold bowls very well. Not well designed. Would not recommend this unit at all. Miss my old Whirlpool.

The dishwasher is quiet as we were told it would be. Happy with the purchase.

A kitchen aid dishwasher with great reputation and a reasonable price. Best buy sent a technician to install it. Hopefully will have no technical problems for a lengthy period of time

Inside smaller than I am use to. I’ll get use to it. Does a great job. Very happy so far.

This is the quietest dishwasher I have ever owned. It cleans better than any I've ever had.

Works well. Delivered and installed without any issues. I would recommend both Best Buy and Kitchen Aid as a good choice for a new replacement for your home. I am a satisfied customer!

Door leaked almost immediately after installation. The machine washes okay except for the leak. Contacted KitchenAid for warranty service but they will not send a repair person if you live in the country. You have to find your own appliance repair person and then seek reimbursement from KitchenAid. And even though I’m a Total Tech member, Best Buy would not send anyone because their contract with KitchenAid specifies that KitchenAid must provide the repair service, not Best Buy. So I can’t recommend this model, and certainly not KitchenAid as a company.

All cycles take too long. Instruction manual could be more detailed.

Great dishwasher. Delivery and installation was a little bit of a hassle, they had to change our initial date. However, all went smooth once installed.

No outside handle gives this a sleek look - very quiet and the delay start is great. KitchenAid consistently delivers good quality,

Works great and I specially like how quiet it runs. I wish it had a display to show how many minutes remaining before washing cycle is complete. Only has a light to indicate dishes are "clean".

so far this dishwasher works great although the dishwasher spray arms are very cheap and flimsy and I am wondering how long it will last i have had the dishwasher for about a month
