We ordered this dishwasher from Best Buy about two months ago and it was installed one month later. So far it has been excellent and no problems. Finding the third rack not as handy as we thought it might be but could be our getting use to loading it properly. Very quiet while running. Dries dishes much better than our previous GE Profile and also much quieter. Buy this KitchenAid unit - we are glad we did. Will update review later if things change.

This dishwasher is quiet and very powerful. It effectively cleans the dishes and the third rack is very useful.

This dishwasher has a third rack, plenty of space to put all of your dishes, bowls and utensils. I especially love the ProDry. Dishes are shiny clean and the whole dishwasher is dried out.

Granted, it's only been installed for 5 days, but so far, I love this dishwasher. Roomy interior with lots of options with the racks. It's super quiet and has done an EXCELLENT job of washing and drying the dishes (including the plastic stuff). I did add the free sample of Cascade drying agent that it came with. It does take almost 3 hours for the Normal cycle to run it's course but that's not an issue for me. The PrintShield finish is awesome - no more water streak marks running down the front of the dishwasher!!

After recently using a friends Bosch which was so silent I was nervous how loud my new Kitchenaide would be. However, I have to say hands down I prefer my Kitchenaide. I can fit significantly more dishes in due to the much larger 3rd row than Bosch including large coffee cups. It took me a while to finally get enough dishes to use it. While not silent like Bosch it is very quiet, so much so it didn’t bother conversations or watching TV in the same room at all.

This is the best dishwasher we’ve ever had and I have had quite a few my wife and I have I’m 67 she’s 68 this is probably our 10th dishwasher or more this KitchenAid with the three rex is the best design I’ve ever had and we had a Bosch before every time you open it up in the morning glasses would be upside down but never with this KitchenAid they dry good and I would highly recommend it to anyone large or small family I just hope it lasts a long time

Have only used it a few times since it was installed because it can hold a lot of items. Third rack is nice. Can hold long handled items as well as glasses which are 6” or shorter. Still trying out the different wash cycles to find the one that works best for the dishes that I am cleaning. Like the express wash. Much quieter than my old dishwasher which was over 20 yrs old. Can set the timer to delay anywhere from 1-24 hrs. Other machines have limited choices on delay

I have had this dishwasher for about a month and a half now. It works great and cleans the dishes so well! I love the 3rd rack, as well as the quietness of the dishwasher.

Works well, activity indicator on the front is helpful. Very quite, leaves everything clean and dry

We have owned this same model of dishwasher twice now. It is, hands down, the best dishwasher we have ever owned. With a very large family, we do dishes sometimes twice a day. The quality of cleaning is unlike any other prior model. Highly recommended!

Very happy with this dishwasher. Exceptionally quiet, cleans well and so roomy fits lots of dishes and utensils on the 3 racks.

I very seldom give 5 stars as I think everything has room for improvement. But I think this dishwasher is very good at what it is designed to do. It is stylish as well. It is easy to load and easy to use. I would recomb it. As a note I have only been using it for a month or two so I can't speak for its longevity.

Looks and operates as advertised. Nice, sleek and very functional. Cycles are a little long though, if u ask me. Everything always comes out clean. Very quiet

The dishwasher is quite and does a great cleaning on all shelves. The the third shelf is a great addition.

After using this dishwasher about a month, we can say that we are ecstatic. It is extremely quiet, flexible and powerful. The third rack really adds a lot of space, holding the extra cups and The sliding rack in the bottom is perfect to hold the bowls that we use daily.

5 years of nothing but trouble and ZERO support from an executive escalation. The initial dishwasher lasted 2 week before flooding my house. The installation crew claimed it was a faulty machine personally I thought it was the installation crew cross threading something because I "thought" KA was known for quality. Fast forward 4-5 years it will have cost 150% more than the unit to repair. Within the first month the soap dispenser broke. Next the wheels fell off the bottom rack and melted on the heating element. The hinges have warped and near impossible to close. It will simply pop back open while washing. The top basket has now collapsed rendering the machine useless. I emailed the executive team and even spoke to a representative for executive escalations. The will NOT stand behind their appliances. They did send someone out to inspect the burning smell and repairs were quoted at ~$1500 of which the offered $0. They did offer me a discount on a new machine but they go on sale all the time so the reality is they still make money selling me a new machine vs making their defective product right or replacing it. BEWARE! KitchenAid no longer stands behind their product nor is it the same quality their products used to be. Complete trash so buyer beware.
