Very quiet and spacious dishwasher. We are still learning the most efficient way to load but the dishes come out spotless. The german brand was backordered and I found this to be the next best option.

We love the dishwasher. Unfortunately we still do have to rinse the tough food. Hubby was hoping it would work against all the messes. But alas it cannot scrub. It’s very quite and spacious. Dries well.

I can't believe how quiet this unit is. We had to see if it was running after the installation. So far it has done a good job cleaning the dishes. The racks are lower than my old dishwasher which makes it harder on my back. I am not in love with the silverware rack. Each piece has to be put in an individual slot instead of the usual divided openings. I suppose this is to better the cleaning of the silver by keeping it from nesting together. I have been using Kitchenaid dishwashers for almost 40 years. The main reason is the stailess steel interior. I just prefer that over plastic. Years ago Kitchenaid was one of the few brands that offered ceramic and stailess steel interiors.

We loved our old 18 yr old dishwasher because it was about the quietest you could get at the time. We were totally amazed that this one is quieter, holds more dishes, and gets them cleaner. We are very happy with this product.

Love it. Quiet. Reasonable cycle times. Heated dry is excellent. The 3rd rack handles baby bottle and pump parts with ease. Lots of room to fit everything!

Extremely quiet. Large capacity. Top rack for glasses cleans very well - all the way to the bottom, but doesn't fit everything. Plastic tumblers that have less taper than glassware may not fit and need to go on lower rack.

I've only had this dishwasher for a couple of weeks now, but WOW! It's sooo quiet and gets everything clean... absolutely spotless even pots & pans! It also dries plastic items with the ProDry setting! We previously had a Samsung POJ that died and early death (good riddance) because they stopped making parts and none were available to make a repair. Oh and perhaps best of all, once the cycle is complete it displays the word CLEAN so your SO and kids won't have to ask you if the dishes are clean or dirty ; )

nice dishwasher. I was spoiled by 3rd rack in my 20yr old maytag dishwasher and didn't want to give that up. This model's 3rd rack gives you lots of options from small glasses, bowls, serving utensils, lids. lots of room for silverware. bottom rack has different sized dividers to accommodate pitchers, pans, lids, plates, cutting boards, serving bowls, pots. you can adjust middle rack. gets dishes clean and dry. downside is 23 min rinse cycle, 3hrs or longer to wash a regular load, 1hr 10min for "quick wash"

Incredibly quiet and cleans great. Love the top drawer for smaller items.

Excellent cleaning. Quiet while running. 3rd rack is a must-have. Not only does it work very nicely, but looks very professional in our updated kitchen. Installers (Victor and Julio) were very nice, neat and knowledgeable.

It’s ok. Washes well. Takes forever. Racks aren’t designed very well to maximize loading. Utensil carrier is annoying in design. Install was simple. For the price it’s definitely mid.

Very quiet. Washes great. Had a hard time deciding between a Bosch and this. Ultimately went this. BestBuy had a good deal and made it easy with their rewards program . We got in right before installation and layaway policies changed. It is a bummer Bottom line, if I save $400 over a Bosch and if both manufacturers claim an average life of 8 to 12 years, $400 savings is a steal. Especially with a third shelf.

I love using my new Kitchen Aid dishwasher. The third shelf is awesome and I use it mor than I thought I would. My dishes come out sparkly clean, and the cycles are very quiet while running.

5 years of nothing but trouble and ZERO support from an executive escalation. The initial dishwasher lasted 2 week before flooding my house. The installation crew claimed it was a faulty machine personally I thought it was the installation crew cross threading something because I "thought" KA was known for quality. Fast forward 4-5 years it will have cost 150% more than the unit to repair. Within the first month the soap dispenser broke. Next the wheels fell off the bottom rack and melted on the heating element. The hinges have warped and near impossible to close. It will simply pop back open while washing. The top basket has now collapsed rendering the machine useless. I emailed the executive team and even spoke to a representative for executive escalations. The will NOT stand behind their appliances. They did send someone out to inspect the burning smell and repairs were quoted at ~$1500 of which the offered $0. They did offer me a discount on a new machine but they go on sale all the time so the reality is they still make money selling me a new machine vs making their defective product right or replacing it. BEWARE! KitchenAid no longer stands behind their product nor is it the same quality their products used to be. Complete trash so buyer beware.

We were looking at for a Bosch when the salesperson pointed us toward the KitchenAid. The KitchenAid is very quiet and does a great job with cleaning all types of dishes. We really love the 3rd rack.

Superb machine! Quiet! Cleans dishes and inside of drum beautifully. The dishes are actually dry at end of cycle! The third rack is genius.

Dishwasher works great and is super quiet. This was the classic "we should have done this a long time ago" as our previous washer had not been getting things clean to this level and we had forgotten how clean they should be able to be. This one has a ton of practical space, the third rack holds a lot more than I've seen on other 3 shelve washers. Bowls instead of just spatula type dishes, etc...

We ordered this dishwasher from Best Buy about two months ago and it was installed one month later. So far it has been excellent and no problems. Finding the third rack not as handy as we thought it might be but could be our getting use to loading it properly. Very quiet while running. Dries dishes much better than our previous GE Profile and also much quieter. Buy this KitchenAid unit - we are glad we did. Will update review later if things change.
