Beautiful, surprisingly quiet and functions great! I am surprised at the amount of plastic in a mid-upscale quality appliance, plastic hardware and components, even the chassis. A sign of the times I suppose. I hope it holds up for 25 years like our last Kitchen Aid dishwasher.

Our previous dishwasher was over 10 years old and not cleaning well at all. We did a lot of research and decided to upgrade to the KitchenAid. So far we have been very happy. Cleaning performance is light years above our previous appliance and the unit is whisper quiet.

Great dishwasher very quiet and does a excellent job of cleaning dishes, although we always rinse heavy foods of dish before putting them in the dishwasher, it appears the unit can handle the cleaning if you occasionally forget to rinse a plate from heavy foods. Overall great unit

great dishwasher. Washs better than our Electrolux Dishwasher. have 3 distinct levels to allow the wash of straws and utensils at the same time as the rest of your dishes. On top the device is really power efficient and you will see it on your bill

Love the 3rd rack. Great for small bowls, utensils too tall for utensil rack, small Tupperware, etc that used to take up room elsewhere. Machine is very quiet and can run while watching tv. Dishes come out squeaky clean but we do rinse well before placing dishes in the washer.

Nice smooth finger print resistant surface, it is as quiet as advertised. I do pre-rinse but, we only run it once a week and the "express cycle works juts fine" it saves us on electricity and a bit on water (even though we pre-rinse)

So far, so good, although it took three tries to get a working machine. Not sure what was wrong with the first install, but Best Buy swapped that out and brought a replacement. The installation team couldn't get it to work properly, but a third team had no problems. I am just hoping that this machine last longer than the KitchenAid it replaced. The previous one's motor burnt out after only 6 years. This one is much easier to use.

Great dishwasher that does a much better job cleaning than my old one. First we got was damaged in shipping, and BestBuy made the return and exchange super easy and hassle free. The third rack on this is fantastic, much more user friendly than the old LG we had.

This is an outstanding dishwasher in every aspect. Gets stuff super clean and very quiet. Three very usably drawers! Love the LED lighting inside the dishwasher. Looks good in our gourmet kitchen too. Best Buy extended coverage plan is outstanding. This is top of the line model that has it all.

quiet. The racks actually slide too easily but thats ok. We still like the racks on ball bearings. We just have to program ourselves to load from the back to the front. Cleans great.

Great Dishwasher after having it for 15 months. Cleans as expected. Typically run the Express wash and open the door after wash cycle complete to improve drying. I'll load it and then run it once it's full. The Flex rack allows for loading more items before having to run a wash. I only need to hand wash items that can't go in a dishwasher, such as anodized aluminum cookware. Rarely have to rinse/soak before putting in the dishwasher.

Great now, but took some work getting there

The dishwasher is great now, but getting there took more work than we'd have liked. We bought the dishwasher and the techs that installed it did a phenomenal job taking care of our house and hooking everything up. However, before one cycle was completed, we got several error codes. Turns out the motor and the drain plug were bad. We called immediately and after a few different phone calls (with 'longer than usual holds'), were finally told we'd have to get the install verified by a Geek Squad employee and then get authorization from a KitchenAid technician to ensure the unit was bad. That took approximately a week to get this done. Once they verified it was a bad unit, we got to get back on the phone with 'longer than usual holds' to make arrangements to get the unit switched out. We got disconnected from the first person we talked with, pretty sure he hung up on me. The second person we talked to said he made arrangements to have the bad unit picked up and the new unit installed. However, something didn't feel right about the conversation, so I called back to ask the next specialist if everything looked good. She said that it did, but something still didn't feel right. I ultimately made the decision to go to the store , in the middle of the pandemic, to check and be sure everything was handled correctly. The person I talked to at the store was much more attentive and patient and discovered that the person I'd talked to scheduled the bad unit for pickup but didn't schedule us to receive a new unit. He fixed the issue, but that meant our new unit wouldn't arrive for at least another week plus additional time for install. I'm sure a lot of this communication issue had to do with the ongoing pandemic and shortage of installers and dishwashers, but that didn't lessen the frustration of the number of phone calls we had to make. It also felt like no one really knew the processes or what had to be done to make things right. The new unit is working great and we love it, but getting there wasn't a lot of fun.
